[h2][b]WRC6 – the Official Racing Game Review[/b][/h2] WRC series on sale gives you the most value for very little cash. After enjoying WRC7 the most, this version doesn’t feel like it’s stepped back at all—besides the naming. I just bothered a bit with Steam’s selling tactics. A few days after I got WRC 5, they bundled WRC 5 + 6 together for an even more attractive price. Still, I mainly paid via a sold foil card, so it wasn’t a big issue. The producer has taken a step forward again from the kind of arcade-like steering that felt like a letdown in its direct predecessor. The steering feels great and direct, and it’s very playable with an Xbox controller. I also like its mild hardware requirements—this is essential for low-end gamers like me. On my laptop, it runs pretty quietly on integrated Vega 3 graphics. The WRC series is famous for its interesting, spectacular stages. Even the CMR series can’t quite reach the same quality. It feels like a short (vacation) trip—driving through all those amazing locations. It’s great for people on a tight budget who still want to see a bit of the rest of the world at least ;)
