Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very cute game, would reccomend playing on a higher difficultly as I found normal a bit too easy. Edit: Fully finished the game and the story isn't very strong plus the game play gets repetitive near the end, still had a lot of fun but I'd definitely wait for a decent sale to get it.
An excellent game that a lot of JRPG studios should take note of, in the QoL department. Despite having one of the most comfortable QoL in JRPG, it still has some minor flaws Story: You are a little witch in the forest, set out to explore the unknown world. Sounds familar? Yea, you should know what to expect. Though could have been a bit stronger Graphics: While the graphics is very nice to see, i.e it has that low/mid polyon baked mesh environment incoperate with very cute anime characters, you still still see the seams of the grass floor or the very meh bridge. While its not that bad to look it, it could have been done better to enchance the visuals. Characters: Characters are very cute and loveable. Dialogue wise is pretty solid. Pieberry has some lovable dialogues, meaning you can feel the naivety in her as well has her dangerous remarks. Character stereotype is on point too. Tsundere characters are tsundere while steadfast characters are steadfast, meaning they dont do a weird 360 attitude change. Its acceptable to have an attitude change but most often than not, it doesnt work or it puts a ? to that character. Game Progress Simulation: The NPC in the game arent idle all the time. Most JRPG games, those f*cking NPC just fills the area and have 1-2 dialogue for the rest of the game. WitchSpringR, when certain stories or chapters happen you can see them doing 1 certain thing to another certain thing with different dialogues. Refreshing because at least there is some lore content behind it Animation: Each cutscene looks refine. Not going to lie, despite having some weird animation, at least it looks like effort is put into it. Every cutscenes has some sort of animation so it doesnt feel stale or boring. Its not like those anime shows where they stall 5 mins being in 1 frame without the MC doing anything. There is some sort of flow. Difficulty: The hrs I put into this game to complete is 2x more than normal people ( normal hr to finish is 20hrs ). Well honestly, I spend most of my time grinding for stats since I just start out with very hard difficulty. That said, if you are under normal or easy, you can easily finish the game < 20 hrs. QoL: This aspect is 1 of the best part about the game. You want to teleport to home? Instead of going through your map and seach for your house, you press 2 buttons. You want to roam around? Press 2 buttons to summon a pet to move faster around. You want to check what spells material needed to craft or check when is the spawning of enemies? 2 buttons in the menu. Grinding: Grinding is really good in this game because you arent griding for levels. Honestly, you dont technically need to grind too since after the first encountered, they dont provide you any more lvls. You only grind for materials which is fine too. You want a specific monster part? Just grind other monsters and after a few rounds, you can get that monster part. Ofc, the strongest monster will take awhile but you dont need A LOT of items from them. Now the cons No one likes missable content that ties to achievements. I really do not like the idea that I have to look through a guide, in case I miss something in some chapter that eventually will not allow me to have it. Here is my thought process about it: I love the game > I want to 100% it > But because some items are missable, I have to look at a guide > Which means I could be spoil / it hampens my fun experience with the game > But you dont have to 100% it > Then you dont understand the meaning of resolve. If you are commited to something, might as well do it. If I didnt want to commit, I could just play it easy mode and call it a day, wasting my money for something I would like to love. Weird animation cutscenes. It is what it is. Sometimes the scenes from 1 scene cut to another is exactly on the first frame or something. Its dank but not too bad. Enchantment. Sucks it has to be so far. The lack of tutorial and understanding about it is uhh meh. Map. Why are some areas unaccessable and why does the ocean part is so bad. Lastly stats issue. Without going too much without spoiling, the game has a very weird balancing issue. The problem lies with the issue of agility and defense. Thats all I can say about it. Overall: I have a lot of fun in this game to the point I would consider it that I love this game as much as Octopath but music could have been better lol. Pieberry reminds me of Tales of Vesperia where the MC is just different. Probably top 5 fav JRPG games
Amazing jrpg. The story is simple but enjoyable nonetheless. The art style and character designs are great too. The voice acting is especially superb and the characters dont feel flat and have their own personalities. the combat is not that special but its still fun. a lot of optional dialogues/side activities that enrich the world.
