Its a fun game. Worth $20.. it still definitely has its bugs and the content is limited. You will get your moneys worth in time played though. If i have a complaint its that its actually a little too easy. Once you level potions and make some.. especially with double chances you become immortal. Just go into battle with 99 potions and what can kill you? Especially if youre playing multiplayer.
I’m absolutely obsessed with Witchspire. The art style is gorgeous, and the base-building system is already incredibly satisfying. Even in Early Access, it is easy to see just how much potential this game has. If you feel nostalgic for games like Wizard101, with different schools and styles of magic, but also love the cozy creativity of Animal Crossing, Witchspire feels like the perfect combination. The familiar system is adorable, although I would love to see it expanded further. I also hope the different witch covens offered during character creation will eventually feel more distinct and have a greater impact on gameplay. There are a few features that would make the experience even better. I would love an improved multiplayer system that allows players to bring their existing characters into other people’s worlds instead of having to start over. A transmog system would be wonderful, as well as an item or service that lets us change our character’s appearance and voice after creation. I would also love some kind of display furniture or habitat where we could showcase all the familiars we have collected around our base. I genuinely cannot wait for the Tundra update. I purchased the Founder’s Edition because I truly believe in this game and wanted to support its development. The developers have created something charming, magical, and full of personality, and I’m excited to see how it continues to grow

I've been having a great time with Witchspire. It scratches a lot of the same itch as Palworld with its creature taming and using companions to automate production, but I think it stands out in several important ways. The combat feels more engaging, the progression is more satisfying, and the magic- and element-focused world gives it a unique identity that I really enjoy. That said, it is an Early Access game, and it shows. I've run into a few bugs, with the most frustrating being when I died during a boss fight and my body fell over the edge of the arena, causing me to lose my items. Annoying? Absolutely. Unexpected for an Early Access title? Not really. Building is another mixed bag. The astral projection feature is a fantastic idea and makes constructing large bases much more convenient, but lining up structures can sometimes be frustrating. Crafting can also become a bit grindy, especially since you'll often find equipment in chests that's better than what you can make. Thankfully, the game includes customizable difficulty settings, so you can dial back the grind if that's not your thing. Despite those issues, I think Witchspire is already a solid game with a lot of promise. The core gameplay loop is fun, the magic-focused setting is refreshing, and the systems are engaging enough that I want to keep coming back. If the developers continue polishing the game and expanding on what's already here, I can easily see it becoming one of the stronger games in the genre. If you're interested in a survival crafting game with creature companions but want something that leans harder into magic and more satisfying combat, I'd definitely recommend giving Witchspire a look.
I have lost so many hours playing this very fun game , gives a little vibe of wizard 101 but WAY BETTER format. Your not using card to attack lol, lots of crafting and love this skill tree and you can have more then one Familiar if you can catch them that is. Very Help to have in this game they will help you out in your home base not just fighting. There are some Glitches/bugs in the game but it just came out sure they will work them self out as the game goes until then hit ESC, unstuck button it works for me. 10 out of 10 ;-)
Why can you fly only to eventually lose the ability to fly and then die of fatigue in the water?
