About

Welcome to Whisper Town—a cozy and heartwarming game about decorating, organizing, and uncovering little stories.
You’ll step into the role of the town’s all-around housekeeper, taking on charming, quirky tasks: moving into new homes, tidying cluttered rooms, preparing new shops, sorting through treasured keepsakes… even tracking down cats! Complete each task to earn rewards, collect furniture, and freely design a space that’s entirely your own.
As you help others put their lives in order, you may unknowingly change the course of their stories, and slowly discover the unusual secrets hidden in this charming little town…

For lovers of tidy spaces! Turn cluttered rooms into warm, organized havens in a soothing, detail-rich gameplay experience. The teacup by the bed, the plant by the window, the letters covered in dust—each one will find its perfect “home” in your hands. Sweep through forgotten corners, sort every keepsake, and uncover the quiet stories and traces of life hidden behind every item you place.

Ahem… but some furniture is just begging to be messed with!
You might find yourself pressing the button on that vintage gramophone, giving the rubber duck by the tub a playful squeeze, or sneakily pulling a tissue from the box. It’s as if this little town is whispering to you through these tiny, mischievous gestures.
In Whisper Town, every resident has untold troubles or hidden wishes—secrets buried in a garden, a faded photo left in a hospital room, an alchemy workshop long abandoned. Piece together the smallest clues to uncover their unspoken memories, weaving a story where mystery and love intertwine.

Your style, your rules. With over 2,000 pieces of furniture and more than 10 unique home layouts, every space is yours to design. Line a study wall from floor to ceiling with bookshelves, fill a sunlit mini-greenhouse with blooms, or stock a doomsday shelter to the brim with supplies—create the home you’ve always dreamed of. However you imagine it, every detail is yours to choose.

Wallpapers, flooring, and select pieces of furniture can be recolored or retextured to perfectly match your mood and style.
Dozens of items also feature custom sound effects—tap the drums, snap a photo, run the tap. In this home, you don’t just see it—you hear it.

As you spend time with the townsfolk, you grow closer to them, and slowly form bonds with them. But beneath these warm, everyday moments, the town hides something.
A number—42—flickers above the museum.
A sudden rainbow across the sky. A “heart-stealing ghost” haunts the well. Tentacles creep from the cracks.
What lies behind these mysteries?
Perhaps the one destined to uncover the truth… is you.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cute decorating game with a bunch of decent little stories to run through. There's tons of items and a very large open area to decorate and create from scratch, but you need to play through the full game and find every achievement to get access to everything. I thought the story levels were mostly fun, but could be tedious at times.
:)
Such a fantastic game. Scratched an itch I didn't know I needed and also has some really wonderful moments of surprise. It doesn't say it's verified on Steam Deck but it basically is.
This game is so fun and cute. I love how much detail is put into this game and the story along with it. There is so much content and stuff to do that it is hard to get bored. I really love decorating games and the fun interactive characters makes this game even better <3
Wonderful game, a really well done and beautiful entry to the organizing genre. I was first drawn to this game due to it's artstyle. I am amazed at the amount of detail and quality each item has. Sprites are drawn clearly despite the inherent limitations of pixel art and they all blend really well together. A few times I would also turn off the lights and be pleasantly surprised at the lighting. Another thing I really enjoyed was the small character stories with each location (Yokai Garden and both Jane's requests were personal favourites). They aren't super long or in-depth but still helped a great deal in making each location feel special. I was always looking forward to seeing what the next location would look like and who I would meet. This game took a little over 7 hours to complete, 9 for all achievements. Though this doesn't include collecting every item, in fact I was still missing quite a lot of stuff since I didn't gacha much. I don't really have much complaints besides some very minor - borderline nitpicking - quality of life things. The two mainly being how exiting a house back to town doesn't have it's dedicated shortcut and that items hover rather than showing it's placed position so sometimes placing them is a little confusing. There was also a spooky underlying subplot with messages you get but it often felt more disconnected from the rest of the game rather than being creepy. I felt that it also undermined the effort made to make the game feel cozy whilst not really providing anything to the game. Overall, Whisper of the House is a really pretty organizing game. The main game is short, but done well. I enjoyed my time organizing and decorating rooms and I could tell a lot of effort went into making it. Was a little sad when I reached the last story request and it left me wanting a little more. 7/10
Muy lindo juego, chill para pasar el rato sin estres. Cuando terminó la historia quedó bug pero pude seguir sacando logros.
Wow. This is the best organizing game I've ever played. It's not just a deco/organizing game but you get to clean up the whole city, find mysteries. All the houses & businesses have their own unique stories behind, after I hear their stories I just can't throw things around every where but trying my best to decorate for the owners. I haven't finished this game yet but I don't get bored from this game like other organizing games. It's really fun and love the art style. You get to have your own houses. yeah not just one but few :D Thx dev. for wonderful game!
