Sadly, its soulless. Feels like another one of these copys, i dont want to call names but its the same menu and all (from the mode menu owards), but not the same fun... its just a mindless grind from mid game on, dopamin is not hitting.
The concept is fun - abducting humans. Reminds me of Destroy all humans. But this game is almost a 1:1 clone of another game in the same genre. Progression is completely linear which means everyone else that finished the campaign had almost the exact same experience as I did. Any time I unlocked a new ship / beam, I went to look if it provided a bonus or ability, but nope. Purely cosmetic. Big missed opportunity there. This game is a victim of the genre, though, which is just not a very fun genre imo because your choices are ultimately made for you as for the progression - the skill tree is an unlock everything style where you have no "choices" to make, really, except where to put your cursor. I never understood why games in this genre didn't do something like multiple branches which locked other branches out, or maybe a 50 points earned and only one tree can have 25+ while the others only get 10 or something like that. Then the choices matter and provides a different experience. Can't remember what I paid, but it was too much. Maybe if some additions are made, I'd update this review, but as it stands, not worth the money.

Abducting humans is a really cute idea for an incremental game, but unfortunately this one falls flat. It's just plain boring. The skill tree is completely linear and requires zero thought or effort to decide what to unlock next.
incredibly boring and short game. and somehow manages to overstay its welcome even though its so short. you have seen everything this game has to offer after 10mins everything after that is just padding to get over the two hours for a refund. cheap cashgrab thats barely worth a buck.
Its a very simple game. just move the UFO to suck up humans and buy upgrades. took less than 2 hours to beat the normal mode. Its not a bad game but the price still feels like a stretch in my opinion considering how little there really is to do.
This game could be yours with the low price of few cans of beer. Youll regret your choice if you dont drink beer or youre otherwise challenged. However if you indeed do end up buying this, here is a rundown what you gonna get. -THE MOST linear incremental youll ever encounter. Upgrades dont have more than 3 choices and theyre force fed to you, want them or not. -Honestly they should add "Choices matter" tag to store page because reaching isnt lying. -You abduct humans as alien spaceship. You get money for doing do. One would think that is how you earn upgrades. WRONG! No matter what you do, you get base money + little extra that has no meaning in terms of buying upgrades. You get upgrades from set intervals of abducted humans, money is totally irrelevant here, or anywhere in this game. -It feels like this needs new section. That money you earn, you save it round after round so you get to buy the upgrades, right... WRONG! All money is utterly and completely wiped out after one round, even if you didnt buy single available upgrade. If you like beer, buy beer. You sure as s*it wont like this game in any way or form. -
While it does seem like there is some form of a good game hidden inside this mess, its unclear upgrades hold it back. Many times I've purchased and upgrade and been unsure before, during, and after, what exactly it was that the upgrade changes. This ranges from "Chance to add time" (When does the chance trigger? How much time is added?) to an ambiguous "Evolution" which is measured in years for some reason and that at the time of this review I am still unsure of the mechanics of. If the game could communicate better with the player I'm sure it would be a much nicer experience.
It's fun, I played the demo before release and enjoyed it. What isn't cool is just how little content there is in the full release. I bet the game in 94 minutes. Unless you get it on sale for less than a dollar I'd say it's not worth getting unless they add a ton of content to justify the price.
What a fun time! Once i figured out all the interactive objects it became more and more engaging the more i upgraded! Highly recommend!!
I mean its okay
