⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Players in the game will be able to play on multiple battlefields of the Maryland Campaign, from the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers where the Siege of Harper's Ferry took place, to the ridgelines of South Mountain, and to the meandering waters of Antietam Creek at the Battle of Antietam.
Additionally, players will also be able to choose from a list of regiments that fought in each battle as well as what rank to fight as, whether they want to slog it out as a lowly private, or if you want to orchestrate the carnage and mayhem as a major general.
Uniforms and bodily features will all be customizable for other players to see as you march and fight in the lines of battle according to the tactics of the period. As a General, you will operate in your headquarters equipped with a map of the battlefield and constantly receiving reports of friendly and enemy positions. Send out new orders to the regiments to move forward, or fall back - all in real time. The orders will move down the chain of command, to the Colonels, Majors, down to the Captains in charge of the individual regiments, all of whom have the option to follow the orders of their trusted commander, or rebel against his wishes and fight as you see fit.
Each map contains a period reconstruction of the buildings, farms, forests, roads, and rocks as they were in 1862 so players can fight through the streets of Harper's Ferry, in the wooded heights of Fox's Gap at South Mountain, or in the cornfields and Bloody Lanes of Antietam. Players can feel the whiz of deadly shot and shell fly by their bodies, or hit their comrades or themselves as they scream in a bloody hail from their wounds. Limbs will fly and blood will be spilt once again as Campfire Games brings the fighting of the Civil War right to the player's computer screen!
Will you heed the Union call against the traitors? Or will you fight to defend your family and livelihood with the Confederacy? You decide!

a pretty nice game, keeps you immersed all the time, the historical narrations are a nice addition between the rounds. wouldn't call it competitive, providing that most of the time you can't make out whether you hit anyone or your only bullet that you could fire this minute went flying above your enemy's head. providing that, getting killed over and over might feel a bit frustrating. also you gotta put up with the fact that all the officer spots will be occupied in the first 2 seconds of the round by those guys that have like 2k hours on this game, except if maybe you're playing at 2 in the morning. basically the gameplay boils down to either running after your officer who doesn't know ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about tactics and gets you killed after 30 seconds on the battlefield or reloading some cannon for the rest of the round. the only 2 servers with people are community ran, so god forbid you from making an admin or an officer cross with you, you'll get banned and have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of playing the game since all the other servers are dead

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is a rotting corpse, and the developers and server admins are the ones who killed it. Developers who treat players like an afterthought Five years. Half a decade of waiting for the most basic content, and what we finally got still doesn’t work properly. The game is a technical embarrassment. Attach a bayonet and the same prompt spams 3–4 times like the engine is having a seizure. That is not a minor glitch — that is pure incompetence left unfixed for years. The developers have proven they either cannot or will not ship a stable product. They take the money, disappear for ages, then drop half-broken features and call it progress. The player base is shrinking for a reason: the people making this game do not respect it or the people who play it. Power-tripping admins who poison the servers Public servers are run by unvetted egomaniacs who treat kick and ban tools like personal weapons. They will ban you for existing wrong, talking wrong, or simply not kissing their ass hard enough. Actual rule-breaking is one thing. What these people do is pure authoritarian cosplay. They hide behind “server TOS” while enforcing whatever mood they woke up in. Several of them know exactly who they are and should be stripped of every permission they have. Stay the hell away from PUBS (Players United Based Servers). That place is a dictatorship run by insecure moderators. Seed Peace in War of Rights or any server that isn’t controlled by children with ban hammers. The developers abandoned quality. The admins abandoned fairness. What’s left is a broken, toxic experience that deserves every negative review it gets. This game is dying because the people in charge of it are failures. I love the game, just wish it wasn't run by snowflakes and LIBTARDS. I would recommend the game but not for 30$ wait till it goes on sale which is only twice a year. The game in its current state is dead with only the same few hundred people playing it.
Super fun game with a consistent community/player base. Slower paced, perfect for playing in between other sweatier titles. Have had some crazy moments with epic charges, shooting volleys, and artillery gameplay. Recommend joining a regiment to play in more organized events which really helps with the immersion. No problem finding 200vs200 games on the weekends.
The game is very fun and scratches a particular itch for napoleonic era combat. if im being honest i have spent all of these hours at sub 30 frames but i still play cuz this ♥♥♥♥ go hard
"Antisemitism is not allowed." Don't buy, gameplay sucks and the mods are fruits.
God Bless Robert E Lee, and God Bless the South
Great visuals. Wonderful attention to historical details. Fascinating Civil War era battles and skirmishes, but the maps only focus on the Maryland campaign, so be forewarned. The cadence of the game is truly Nineteenth century. It is not a Rambo run-and-gun shoot 'em up.
