These small touches make each run feel more tangible and give the game a level of visual feedback that many roguelites simply overlook. One of the most enjoyable additions is the backflip mechanic. It is more than just another dodge; it gives movement a distinctive identity and creates opportunities to reposition, avoid attacks, and escape dangerous situations in a way that feels genuinely different from the standard dash or roll found in similar games. However, that frantic nature can also become one of the game's biggest weaknesses. Certain encounters can become so chaotic that survival starts to revolve around repeatedly spamming dodges rather than making deliberate movement decisions. Build variety is another area where Voidigo feels somewhat underdeveloped. While there are plenty of items and weapons to discover, the characters and item interactions do not always provide enough depth to create truly distinct builds. More meaningful synergies, character-specific mechanics, and deeper item interactions could have made experimentation much more rewarding and given repeated runs a stronger sense of discovery. Despite these shortcomings, Voidigo remains an entertaining and remarkably detailed roguelite. I'm NOT gonna sugarcoat it. Bo Staff + arm extender + melee mimic + shock pepper + melee bullets + martial arts guide This is very clearly someone's dream game, everything is so bouncy and fun and well designed, clearly a game made with love and quality. If you like nuclear throne/TBOI/enter the gungeon, you'll love Voidigo. Only real complaint is that some starting items reaaaaally suck, but it's no big deal. Easy S tier roguelike, 9.6/10.
I can't tell you enough just how much I love this game. There's not a single bad thing about it. The combat is fun, animation is so alive, the designs are insane, and the music is CHEF'S KISS! It's a shame Semiwork had moved on to REPO before I got my hands on Voidigo, but I'm working hard to complete what they created here.

i got this on sale for very cheap thinking its just a generic rougelike without much effort but man was i SOOO wrong the gameplay is already unique enough because unlike other rougelikes where the boss is just in one room, this game makes it different by making the boss able to run away or towards your current position which makes this game kinda like a boss hunting game. not to mention the amazing art direction and cute artstyle, even the weapons are so adorable and goofy although simple it is crazy fun to play. 10/10 would recommend its just an overall amazing game and really underated, please give it a try ♥♥♥♥ the final boss tho that ♥♥♥♥♥ got me stressing
Underrated banger , better than many $20 roguelikes
This is a near perfect bullet hell roguelike. Everything just feels amazing, from the sound, to the animations, to the weapon and enemy variety. Everything just feels smooth and blends together very well. Surprised this isn't more popular.

Really good roguelike, its main strength is how unique, cool and gameplay altering items, powerups and weapons are. Polished with nice art.
