The better marathon
This game is peak, you can mix and match different modules to make some pretty insane builds also the movement is satisfying, reminds me of ghostrunner a bit
For a one man dev team this game is an absolute treat. Its has nice snappy gun play with a simple mod system that allows for diverse builds. this game also has one of the coolest building/arena destruction I've seen similar to the finals you can break almost all buildings. Hitting enemies with falling debris/explosions will stagger them and allow you to heal if you kill them in that stagger window. The enemies themselves are probably the weakest point for me they just seem a bit forgettable but for fodder that's being fed to my full auto rocket shotgun that's okay. one of the things i love the most are the corrupted mods you can find that usually give a bonus at the cost of something as an example one of my favorites is a potato that gives you maximum mag size based on how low your resolution setting is at. overall its a really enjoyable game solid 7.5/10

I get that i don't have that much playtime, and that might make my review invalid, but i just wanna say, the visuals, the sounds, the environments, the movement, combat...all are really, really good. esp for a single person project. more over...for an unreal 5 game...this runs remarkably well. it almost manages to sustain a stable 240 fps at high settings (with post processing and view distance at low) and doesnt drop below 180 even in hectic combat. the stutters are also very minimal.
Considering Early access and a small team this feels great. It might be not as fluid in movement as Titafall (or simply me not being as good in this), but satisfying nonetheless. Gunplay just clicks, upgrade system is fun as hell, easter eggs are neat. Overall it's great, will definitely play again in 1.0. As of now, I have completed the whole first act and what was available in the second, although gameplay wise it has many more things to offer.
didnt think its this cool but it is! Kudos to the dev(s) <3
Fantastic. Great gameplay and the story is like an episode from Black Mirror.
This game is a diamond in the rough for me. I found this game while browsing the rouge-lite section of steam a month or two ago and just recently found time to play and sink my teeth in to this game. The depth of the customization on each run is astounding, the gameplay is smooth and snappy, the movement tech even within two to three runs has evolved and kept the game fresh and engaging with new interactions. This game is most definitely a labor of love and I look forward to continuing to play for a long time!
