Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Multiplayer didn't work. Followed the directions in the Steam discussions/forums, which forces you to run your own dedicated server to play, but no matter what we did we could not could not connect or play together. Couldn't connect via the local option either, and also couldn't connect to the displayed official test server. Bought to play together with my spouse and couldn't.
Recommending this game just to counter the (mostly unjustified) bad reviews. I find it unfair to give a bad review after not even trying to spend one hour to test the game (which are like 90% of the bad reviews here). Most complaints seem to come from people used to getting silver spooned and not getting it here. If you do not want to keep an open mind for a little different experience than you are normally used to from most mainstream games, better to just keep your distance.

This is a true survival game, you start with nothing and have to rely on the world and your own brain. Common sense is necessary. And you can really play single player, there is no one else on the earth with you. Just a suggestion for those starting, make sure you quickly find an area where there is access to fresh water and easy to get food (lying on the ground) as you will be awhile before learning the skills to make your first wooden spear. Also pick an area that you can remember, some type of landmark to find your "campsite" easily and that has good visibility so the mammoths and sabercats don't sneak up on you unexpectedly. If you want a game that takes years and makes you think and work for your achievements this is the one! It's similar to Dawn of Man without quickly getting out of that first stage, and with only one worker to manage. Just remember, coconuts are your best friend...
I love this game!!! I would suggest using the tutorial before playing the game. Things are a little slow at first, but after u get use to it and understand the game is about prehistoric man evolving through time, you begin seeing the value of the game, and I hope, enjoy it as much as I do!
Impressive work for a one person development studio!
The game says it is a 1.0 release but it is an early access at best. I will say it is a good job by a 1 man development team at trying to create a unique game but is not a full release. The crafting system is unique in that parts are categorized into groups and you select the parts base on those groups so that is neat, but it ends there. Combat system is confusing and you can set up traps for animals but if you make it angry then it can ignore everything including walls. Skill system is broken in that the experience for making something is random, and it requires large amounts of points to unlock even the simple items. Honestly lost almost an hour on understanding the tutorials and the main screen is over complicated. Graphics are not good and with the other bugs I wish I had seen a review like this one.
This game is unplayable. Refunded and no, it is definitely not recommended. Running the game for the first time and trying a local single player game, the local server keeps freezing (or crashing). Watching the server control panel in task manager it constantly goes unresponsive (Not responding). The client agrees. Simply trying to craft a sharpened stone and the server seems to go out to lunch for so long that the client reports that the connection to the server is lost. The server seems to be accessing or writing to the disk constantly and might be the reason for the apparent freeze or crash. Whatever is being done server side is a very very bad idea and needs considerable rework before this becomes remotely playable. You might have better mileage running on and SSD, I don't know. Even so the game needs to learn about caching. The concept is sound, but the implementation of many things just isn't there. Even the simplest thing isn't being done such as immediately greying out or deselecting a button after clicking it is not being done. There is no feedback on the UI at all that it has received a click. Just picking up a loose stick or coconut on the ground seems to take minutes while the server 'processes' the action and you just sit watching it with no progress bar or any reasonable UI response. No, just no way at all can this be recommended at this point in development.
If you like realistic hardcore survival play this game. slow pace and very rewarding. I always wanted an stone age survival game without stuff like dinos and magic or whatever. also a plus that you can play it solo too. can't wait for the next updates! great job dev!
Fun game to play and frequent updates.
