Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Valheim is a collaborative exploration and survival game for 1-10 players set in a procedurally generated world inspired by Norse mythology. Craft powerful weapons, construct elaborate halls, and slay mighty foes to prove yourself to Odin!

Discover an immersive procedurally generated world, with different biomes that each have their distinct environments, unique resources and dangerous enemies. Become a Viking and sail the open seas in search of lands unknown, alone or with up to nine friends!

The Tenth World has been corrupted by hateful forces, in the shape of mighty regional bosses known as the Forsaken. Hone your skills with axes, blades and bows, and prepare yourself by crafting the very best equipment – for it is only by defeating these Forsaken that you will advance in your progress and prove yourself to the Allfather.

Raise Viking longhouses and build bases that offer reprieve from the dangers ahead. Whether you build a small shelter, an entire village or a mountain-side fortress, defence and structural integrity are important, as is decorating it for maximum comfort!

As you discover new materials, you will learn new recipes for crafting, building and cooking – all that a Viking might need! The food system is rewarding rather than punishing, granting you boons and benefits depending on what you eat, and is directly tied to the combat system, where your health and stamina might be just the thing that makes a difference between life and death.
Community-translated languages
In addition to the officially supported languages, Valheim has several community-translated languages. As the name would suggest, these are all translated by fans and members of the community, and the process is frequently ongoing. Thus, we cannot guarantee the quality or completeness of any specific translation.
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Honestly, Valheim has a reputation for being one of the best survival crafting games out there, and I am inclined to agree. Originally I never understood the hype of Valheim, the graphics weren't what I was used to and the controls were awkward to me at first, but I imagine the latter was due to me originally migrating from Xbox and its controls. Once I locked down on it, I was immediately addicted. Gameplay: The Gameplay of Valheim is absolutely amazing, I love the progression system of progressing by Biomes, genuinely one of the things I have become addicted to and really wish to see more when it comes to other games of this nature. The combat can be punishing and so can dying. I can't say I am a souls player, I will never do good in souls-like games, yet I still enjoy the combat of them. Now the reason I bring up souls-like games in comparison is because the combat can be a bit like it, I think the bigger comparison is positioning in this game, any wrong positioning can really mess you up, especially when in each of the different biomes, which is where the biome progression truly shines, become the gear you come in with from the previous biome helps but doesn't make you underpowered, and the gear you gain from the current biome makes you much more prepared and able to handle what it throws at you but not overpowered either. The food system is simply the best in any game of it's genre, I honestly cannot praise it enough. Food systems in other games are more or less bland, just there to take the place of a healing item. This actually incorporates valuable and good benefits with having food and drinks. I have gave the game a lot of praise, yet I do have certain gripes with it. My biggest gripe is how much busywork there involves with so many of the things you need to do, a little more than I am accustomed to, and I have played modded minecraft where some of the mods are just tediously busy. There's nothing wrong with having to explore to seek resources or dungeons. But it is annoying when you have to explore due to bad luck RNG so you can find a dungeon that points you to the boss or the boss itself. I had to look for hours and days, looking for mountains and then discovering those mountains didn't possess anything for the mountain boss or the ore needed. Exploring to find new biomes, resources and materials is fine, its good, but exploring to find the same biome over and over again because its either not tall enough, wide enough, possess anything, can be extremely tedious. Which adds into the mining and ore transportation, which can also be annoying at times. Overall though, this is a very solid game, a very great game, one of the best I had the joys of playing. A lot of what I said can honestly be customized, you can allow ore transportation through portals, you can tone down difficulty or death punishments, you can modify how much resources you're given. Its truly a sandbox, everyone plays their own way. Me? Im bad at games yet I like challenges, so I like things to have a flair of challenge. Tedium is one thing, Challenge is another. I'd highly recommend this, I don't think you'll find a better game out there, and I can assure you if you like it, you'll love it, and when you love it you'll want a game to scratch that itch and it'll be hard to find.
i love taking blinkers and playin this

One of the greatest open world experiences of all time
good
This is probably my favorite game
