Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Utopia Must Fall is a vector-flavored base-defending arcade shooter with rapid progression, procedurally generated attack waves and enough upgrade variety to suit both the defensive or aggressive player.
It incorporates elements from tower defense, roguelikes and beyond, all neatly packaged into a laser-sharp bullet-purgatory arcade frenzy!
Easy To Learn: firing happens automatically, just steer the city's turret and launch the occasional sky-clearing nuclear warhead. Each day of survival is rewarded with an upgrade for your defenses, choose wisely to keep humanity alive for as long as possible.
Sizable Upgrade Tree: progress is fast and allows you to pick strategies to suit your playing style — beef up your rail gun into a multi-barrel death machine, strengthen your shield's auto defense abilities, deploy and configure an array of autonomous battle drones and laser turrets, or go all out on aggression and see out Utopia's final days with a stockpile of nukes and a shotgun the size of a building.
Arcade-Focused: In Utopia, all universes are created equal, and death is final. Earn upgrades and unlock new abilities by completing mini-challenges as you defend the city. There is a light meta-progression now that allows you to unlock Opportunity Upgrades to use in later runs, but the vast majority of options are unlocked with skill as opposed to grind. Get good to get the good stuff!
Laser-Shiny: built with our own V99 graphics engine, bringing you the retro-modern vector arcade style you didn't know you needed yet.

This is an interesting game that scratches an itch of mine. It's a nice mix of elements from several games I've played before and I always enjoy a remix of all those good ol' games to see how different fun factors can come together to make something even more fun or intriguing. What's more, it can even play smoothly on a laptop with integrated graphics. I can't ask for more. If this is your first time playing this kind of game, one thing of note: Keep playing again and again. You're pretty much expected to get defeated and play again, unlock new bonuses along the way, and push your score ever higher. It's like old arcade games where you try to perfect your score, except that there's no hard score limit here. Don't stop. Keep trying! To devs: Thanks for making this! I hope to see something more "oomph". Maybe an AA flak cannon type of turret where the explosions occur on and around the cursor but doesn't hit anything in-between the turret and the cursor. Instant-hit but now you must trace the targets properly. I like flak cannons!
> Delay killing the last little bomber to wait for my turret to regenerate > Game throws 2 ???????? at me > Enemy survives 40 1/2 nukes to the face ♥♥♥♥ you

Wonderful core game made even better by updates.
Great mix of skill and roguelike progression. Love, love, love the vector art. The scaling is hard right now and needs a tiny bit of tuning. It doesn't feel like the builds make that much difference, Most of my runs end at the same level. Really looking forward to more. Overall excellent roguelike arcade shooter. I need more!
was a bit bored with it at first, but then i kept coming back to this one. every few weeks i boot it up and have a great time. honestly load baring part of my library
Missile Command meets Tempest with Roguelike tech trees in this arcade shooter. What's not to like? It's still early access, but the game as-is is pretty fun. I look forward to some even crazier mechanics to come. Just when you think "Oh, I've got this game!" here comes yet another enemy you've not seen to make you rethink your choices. Also, it's the first game I've ever played where I've lobbed bundles of utility poles at alien invaders.
This is an absolute BANGER! Such a refreshing take and fusion on retro graphics with modern gaming styles. Has room for improvement but is still worth every penny in it's current state. Thanks to the devs on this gem.....
Давненько я так в игрушки не залипал, уже почти 2 ночи) Рекомендую
Looks good, sounds good, and plays good. Gameplay is nice and crunchy, and doesn't waste your time. Vector art is criminally underused in modern games and this custom engine they're using is doing wonders. Each run is about 15-20 minutes (at least that's how long I last). Each enemy type has a minigame to play. For example, you get extra points for blowing up enemies with their own missiles, killing squadrons before they can form up, or shooting down every chunk of an asteroid. These give you extra upgrade progress at the end of the day. Pacing is pretty good from day to day. Earlier days are still engaging since you want to hit every minigame. Later days have this mounting tension as multiple enemy types start helping each other and you need to pick your targets to keep the game under control. It feels a bit like Devil Daggers in that regard. There are no tedious unlock rituals; unlocks simply come from finishing runs. It only took me 6.5 hours to unlock everything. This will change as I'm sure they're going to add more unlocks in future updates. Runs perfectly on Steam Deck and PC.
