Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 9 → 3.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this is a really underrated fighting game
Just feels like the first game but better. Online and movement are way smoother, new characters are fun. Great game!
Full review: tldr. New player experience sucks, stiff and unforgiving combo system and Increase mechanic make the game not very enjoyable. Preface: I'm a person who's not a complete beginner to fighting games, I've played quite a bit of modern fighters like GGST, SF6, and T8, and some anime fighters like Skullgirls, GBFVS, BBTAG, BBCF, and I'm very alright at them. I did come into the game under the impression that it's quite a hard one, and partly because of that there is a hardcore community around the game to support it. My experience was mostly negative, so instead of doing pros-cons I'll just describe my experience as it was. The tutorial: If you ask anyone in the UNI community how to learn the game, they will tell you to first play the tutorial and that its good. Mostly because they assume you haven't. Because it isn't. A lot of people don't want to do tutorials, just jump into the game, but I did it because I like to know the mechanics of the game I'm playing. It's a very wordy tutorial, that does an alright job of teaching you all the mechanics in the game, and some common stuff like blocking overheads. People assume you haven't done the tutorial, because it could take well over an hour to just go through it, which is insane considering that this game doesn't have that many unique mechanics that aren't present in other anime fighters like BBTAG or P4AU that manage to tell you all this in 20 minutes or less. And after you've done it you haven't even looked at any of the characters yet. Trying to actually pick up a character: I went through 4 characters and bounced off all of them for various reasons. First I tried Wagner, seemed like a fun character. Played some online, did the combo trials. Did not enjoy the frequent dash inputs. This is where I noticed that this game does not allow you to buffer dashes at all. Which would be fine if the game gave any feedback to the player when you could dash after doing a move, but there's 0 indication. Why? This just makes the game unneccessarily hard. Also you use it a LOT on the character and the game tries to remedy just the hand pain that comes with doing 66 quickly and frequently by expecting you to use a dash macro which while can be learned, is very unintuitive. Also a recurring theme, even if you do the character trials, you leave not knowing 80% of your moveset, and sometimes not even the key gimmick of the character. The trial does show you that you can charge your sword and shield but not that they do while charged, you have to use outside resources or just figure it out by trial and error. Then I tried Phonon, kind of the same thing, using 66C a lot, but it was also combined with the stupid increase mechanic. Afterwards I tried looking for a character considered "easy", I ended up with Nanase, after discussing with players how to learn combos, they pointed me to Mizuumi, and it seemed like this character was reliant on delaying a lot of moves, which I just plain don't like because it's unreliable. This one's not really the game's fault but it does sometimes happen, and at this point after bouncing off 3 characters I was really starting to lose hope on the game. I ended up buying the DLC, because I still really wanted to like this game and ended up playing Izumi. A character focused around the Increase mechanic. On Mizuumi if you go on the character page it literally says "Izumi's simple gameplan and execution make her one of the simplest characters in the game to pick up and play.", so if I couldn't play this character I'd be kinda cooked cuz I just don't want to play Enkidu. I thought maybe if I powered through doing increase inputs enough I would get used to it. I didn't, its terrible. Reminds me of a game called "The Bouncer" on Ps2 that uses the same kind of inputs, and its universally hated, but in this one it seems to be fine cuz "you can practice it". After all that I still tried Uzuki, I didnt like her all that much but she was alright learned a combo to hit in online play, played the game online a bit and I realised the core gameplay is also just.. bad. The gameplay itself: You can find matches in any region online, netcode is good. Everything about the game is made to be as arbitrarily difficult as possible. From the cursed inputs to no dash buffering, to hitconfirming, to the combo system. As someone trying to pick up the game you are basically forced to use the autocombo the game provides. Pokes and random hits in this game do no damage at all, you HAVE to go into practice mode and learn a combo if you don't want to just rely on braindead mashing of the A button for autocombo. And even the simple combos take a lot of execution in this game. "Easy character" Izumi's most simple BNB found on Mizuumi: Starter 2C 236B[B] 5BB j.[B] j.[C] 22B 66B 236AAA which does not much more damage than the autocombo and is ridiculously hard for a BNB. Outside resources and community: Any amount of criticism towards the game, or even just frustration or confusion is met by the community with "mad cuz bad", "go practice some more, have you read the tutorial", or "turn brain off and play Enkidu if that's what you want to do" types of comments. (You will never ever find players who talk to you like this looking for a match on discord btw). The only outside resource on the game you have is Mizuumi, which is very work in progress. Somehow people just don't make educational content for this game on youtube if you look for it. The best you'll get is a guy reiterating everything the tutorial already said, or a 2 hr uncut vod of a pro player talking about the character with bathroom breaks. Overall: Picking up this game is a full time job, you might be a stronger man than I am, but I really advise against buying this game. I feel like having wasted 20 hours of my life with research included and 50 euros trying to give the game a fair shot. There's no way anyone casually interested in this game will make it through the beginner experience, make sure you really want to play this game before you buy it.
Caro.
