its great!, its impressive that a small team can pull off so much polish
A pretty fun linear shooter that doesn't overstay its welcome. The story is kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and definitely kind of falls apart near the end, but it's still a fun ride regardless. The gameplay slowly introduces mechanics throughout the entire campaign to feel very enjoyable and what I've gotten through so far of New game Plus offers fun secondary route through the twisted Castle that changes things up enough to feel warranted to go through again. This game screams 2011 video game design both for the best and for the worst, so if you are into things like BioShock infinite, singularity, ect. This should be a pretty good time for you, very reasonably priced as well for the experience you're getting.

The atmosphere and the interactivity with the environment is simple and wonderful. It does make you feel like ur gf was kidnapped. One odd thing is that all the secrets so far are too easy to find, I'm thinking back on Quake 2's secrets are not findable unless you are somehow lucky, that should be the way to handle them. A regular player should not find any of the secrets if any, and I am the regular player.
WHOAH! This game is great. I played the demo, and loved it. They definitely improved from the demo. The opening had me already hooked. I'm about 20 minutes in, and I can already tell this game is made for me. Excited to see how the story plays out. Definitely pick this up.
Game runs smooth and the combat is fun lots of random things to break or throw around
Had a great time, will play through the second time for the alternate routes.
I found it to be a fun boomer shooter with bioshocky-vibes. Without overly searching for secrets I was able to beat it the first run in a little over 4 hours, the levels are pretty linear but they usually loop back in fun ways and have little secrets all over the place so I did find exploration fun. The weapon variety was good and juggling between them in the arenas was fun, so I'm looking forward to ng+
TL;DR: Play it. This game DELIVERED on everything it promised. All notable game designers have a signature style, level of quality, and tone that you are guaranteed to experience in their work. Thomas Brush of Atmos Games always delivers atmosphere, and Twisted Tower pulls you completely into its eerie, hellish 1950s theme-park world. • The themes and color grading are moody, saturated, and colorful. It feels like a film co-directed by Rob Zombie and Tim Burton (in the best way possible). It has the distinctive, memorable charm that can only come from an obscure B-movie horror gem you discovered at a thrift store. • The music is incredibly good. It perfectly sets the mood and pulls you further into the game’s world. I frequently find myself humming the title-screen music. • The gameplay and difficulty curve are extremely well-balanced. Just when you are about to die, you defeat the last enemy in the horde. When you are about to run out of ammunition or healing items, you find exactly what you need. As soon as you think you have mastered the enemies’ patterns, a new enemy type appears and humbles you. You can tell that a great deal of care and thought went into the game’s progression and balancing. • The story features Thomas Brush’s classic and recognizable style, but what makes this one unique is its ambiguity. It will likely leave players theorizing and searching for clues that point toward a deeper meaning hidden between the lines. Overall, this game delivered on everything it promised. It artfully and strategically balances all of its elements, creating an experience that feels cohesive, memorable, and thoroughly considered.
