well worth the full price for the time nightdive spent porting this nearly lost gem edit: just beat the game on hard and it was very satisfying! lots of replayability and cheats to have another go around thanks again for preserving this game !
72/100
The classic experince from the 64. Sadly, it was the last breath of Acclaim with the Turok saga (Evolution was good try, but Bruckner...). Iguana was the one that gave true life to this game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The quality of this remaster is excellent, as to be expected from Nightdive. Whether or not you'll like it fundamentally comes down to whether or not you like Turok 3. In terms of movement and gunplay, it's a step down from the previous two Turok games, but I actually like the linear campaign style with multiple characters, at least compared to Turok 2. I find Turok 2's backtracking-based level design to be a chore, so I compare Turok 3 favorably to Turok 2. The first Turok will always be the GOAT, as its level design is phenomenal and it's arguably one of the best-paced shooter campaigns of all time. Turok 3 is decent, and if you're at all interested in playing it, this remaster is by far the best way to do it. The only thing it's missing is versus, but it has enough additions elsewhere to more than make it worthwhile. I still hope Nightdive adds the versus mode in down the line, even if it's local-only and barebones. I'd recommend buying Turok 3 remastered on sale.
