Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a fun game once you get it working right, but I wouldn't check "recommend" because this game requires a user manually modifying the lua files to work as intended. I don't think most gamers even know what a lua file is, and probably think I am typing in 133t$p3@k right now. The game is fun. It's Train fever again, but without all the performance issues that made anything longer than a couple hours of gameplay impossible in that game. It adds new methods of transport like boats and planes that are pretty cool too. The boats are rather useless though cause they're only for rivers and the pathfinding means you need very specific maps to ever get to use them. Though seeing everything historically modeled in is great, and once you get a path running the game works well and is fun. They even added voice acted campaigns which is great (though their progression is based around challenges. Great for achievement hunters, but I doubt most players of casual sims like this are achievement hunters). The cons are what hold it back. Other than having the same exact pathfinding and meshing issues that train fever had (which you can work around) and very minimal options in setting up your terminals and lines, the game itself is broken. It relies on texture compression, but however it goes about it breaks the game. Cities, population, and trees will fail to load in their textures and become pitch black and reflective. The fix is simple enough if you're used to modding. Just mod a lua file in your user data to disable the compression (should be an official patch instead), but most players are never going to figure this out, or figure out how to do it. Realistically most are going to pay $30, see the game is completely visually borked, and refund it. Therefore, I'd say to save your time and effort and simply don't spend the $30 to begin with. I doubt they'll fix it themselves. The developer shifts the blame to 3rd party software and wipes his hands clean rather than simply disabling the compression (which has no performance impact).

concept is great but bugs are killing this game
There are issues with industries recognising lines in missions. I believe its when they're enabled/disabled via the mission scripts that you have to delete and place your stations/truck stops/docks to have them recognised. It is also delayed in general. Its like your train has to complete a full journey of its line or at least start a leg or two to have the industry be aware that it can output to a station. You can reverse the train once the output starts arriving at the station but that micromanagement to setup a new line is annoying.
It takes some figuring out... Many things are not obvious (freight can get dropped off at passenger terminals). Overall its fun to build large multimodal transport networks. It would be nice if you could look around when you ride in your transportation vehicle. Good for offline and hours of play.
I'm down with the sickness - This game is extremely addicting. It's like Cities: Skylines but without any of the crappy parts
Tutorial is a waste! Can't see the colored areas that the Tutorial references. Can't get to build depots/stations or anything to connect the track ends. Maybe this is why I haven't looked at this game in over a year!
Still holds up well in 2026. There are some minor annoyances, such as a single misplaced signal making you check an entire line segment by segment instead of telling you where your line is broken, or the inability to upgrade an entire line to electric with a single click, but these are very minor things. Overall this is a well thought out game that will provide days of entertainment.
This game is an excellent prequal to Transport Fever 2
🌞 Welcome to Sunvale Springs Proudly almost connected since 1852 Dear future visitor, Let me personally invite you to Sunvale Springs, the jewel of the region and the proud recipient of the “Most Ambitious Transport Plans” award four years running. Sure, none of them are finished, but that's just because greatness takes time—and sometimes a few missing bridge segments. Come experience: Our world-famous passenger station where at least one train stops every week The freight yard that’s definitely going to be operational as soon as the lumber line gets sorted out Our beautiful bus network, carefully designed to get you almost where you need to go And of course, the scenic truck route that loops around town six times because someone (me) got creative with the road tools The economy is booming. Not in the literal sense, but in the "we believe in ourselves" sense. Our iron mine may not be producing, but our local bakery makes amazing soft pretzels, and that counts for something. Sunvale Springs is more than a dot on the map. It's a dream built on ambition, enthusiasm, and just a few too many cargo terminals placed two tiles too far from the factory. So come visit us. Stay a while. Bring fuel, if possible. Sunvale Springs: We’re not lost, we’re just laying track.
While this game is good. The Developer has gotten into bed with one of the worst Publisher in gaming history. Pardox games. They even think this good news. Urban games can go pound sand.
