Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 30.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 67.86/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

not playable on steam deck
The only thing that could improve the Total War series is using a rich fantasy setting like Warhammer. They've done a fantastic job. Can't wait for Total Warhammer 40k !
I used to play the Warhammer Fantasy table top, and this game is how I imagined it all in my head. Plus the strategic layer on top. Many people complain about the DLC's, but first of all - you don't need the DLC's unless you want the heroes/armies in those DLC's, and as a former Warhammer table top player I'll tell you that for the price of a DLC you get the entire army list. In the real world you wouldn't even get half a box of the cheapest infantry.
This is the game I have been hoping for since I was a child. It has warts and I play with mods, but it is Amazing and I will be playing it for at least a decade or 2.
iyi oyun
I feel like I'm being gaslit with how the lords I have tried so far start surrounded by way stronger enemies in an immediate struggle to get past the first province. Like a hurdle race and the first hurdle is 10 feet tall. Starting neighbor AIs starting with multiple armies it seems kind of hurdles. On normal. And then I look up for tips on it and everything I find is "You have to play it this very specific way, build specifically this and that (and also roll the dice)". For example any campaign you're supposed to crutch and always use ambush cause its the only way for the AI to agree to a fight that they don't absurdly steamroll. So there's literally one way to even start the game much less play the rest of it? Just an illusion of choice for how to play a strategy game... a strategy game... Why is everyone accepting this?
