Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Following the harrowing events at Wildberger Hospital, Caroline Walker hopes for a normal life with her sister, Anna. Yet in the months that follow, Anna is haunted by visions of violence and death, compelling her to create disturbing drawings that rapidly manifest into horrifying reality.
Desperate to free her of this affliction, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic nestled deep within the mountains of southern Chile. But behind the warm smiles of the facility’s serene staff lies a sickening truth, and the sisters soon find themselves at the center of an entirely new nightmare…
Explore a huge variety of unnerving locations within the town, including a shadowy convent, a derelict shopping mall, and an abandoned school.

Harness your supernatural powers to switch between realities, change the past to reshape the present, and search for alternate paths forward in the nightmarish 'other side'.

Collect and modify an arsenal of makeshift weapons such as the nailer and chainsaw, and utilize the new quick select feature to switch armaments in the heat of battle.

Examine, manipulate, and combine items to reveal hidden information, and forge connections between objects and the environment to solve intricately designed puzzles.

Face off against lethal new enemies, from skittering bladed horrors to hulking armored abominations, and use your wits to survive monstrous boss encounters.

Peel back the layers of a complex story full of twists and revelations. Encounter and cooperate with other characters each with their own agenda and dark secrets.

Relive the classic fixed-camera survival horror of the 90s with limited saves and tank controls, or switch to assisted mode for a more casual experience.

If you liked the first game then you'll like this, it's that simple. Having loved the first game, I found this to be the perfect sequel; more of what I loved with a few little extras. The developers got it spot on and I can't wait for their next game.

I liked the OG very much, and imo this sequel is an improvement in almost every aspect. I enjoyed the lore, the horror, the fighting, the different locations, the artwork, the riddles and of course good ol' Caroline. Needless to say there went a lot of work into this game and damn it shows!

Great game and an improvement on the first in almost every way. Better visuals, better voice acting, better cutscenes, better writing. More enemies, more bosses, better bosses, more weapons, more areas. Like the first game it doesn't hold your hand and the puzzles can be pretty out there, having a guide on hand is useful if you don't want to waste time trying random stuff. Another must for any classic Resident Evil fans and survival horror fans in general.
Delivers a nice experience in the same spirit of the first game. This one felt a bit more ambitious and try a few new things which is great, but I felt it overworked the story too much and slipped quite a lot in quality compared to first game. Overall still a a nice experience and a step up in quality from the 3D environemnet designers which is quite impressive.
It's an OK-ish game, no regrets buying it (on sale). Good: - Graphics and music are nice most of the time. - Atmosphere / environments are good and fit the theme. Neutral: - Story is passable. - Most puzzles are OK but a few are unintuitive. - Save locations are sparce and the number of saves is limited by a finite resource (tapes); fixable by switching to Assisted difficulty, which enables auto-save. - No DLSS / FSR / XeSS support but that's OK, performance is good and TSR anti aliasing isn't too bad. Bad: - 3D exploration games with fixed camera belong to 1996, not 2026. Most of the time you fight the camera, not enemies. - The gunplay also belongs to 1996, the first Doom from 1993 had a better one. The dodge mechanic is another antic from that time and practically unusable. - Controls: all 3 controller schemes suck, no remapping for controllers. 5/10
