Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 25.86/day in the week to Sep 9 → 60.57/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.

A really fun semi-realistic hunting game that has lots of map, gear, and weapon variety my only complaints are that most of the content is Paid DLC which makes this game a little pricey in the long run (i recommend buying the DLCs when they go on sale a few days after a new DLC drops in which you can get a lot of the DLCs for 55% off) which is nice and can significantly cut down on long term cost. and my second complaint is that there is not a lot of free content that drops anymore but overall i would say its worth the pick up
This game is garbage compared to The Hunter: Classic. Just an arcade style DLC hell. Graphics aren't everything in a hunting game. I spent thousands of hours and years of my life on Classic. COTW simply does not compare.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If realism is what you're after this isn't it. The game both feels and looks cartoony. The animals are dumb and once you have the need zones figured out it's too easy to hunt them. The base game covers very little while the developers throw insane amounts of DLC at you that holds the actual content. On top of that the game has a plethora of bugs (some of which are game breaking) that they are notoriously slow to address. The Hunter Classic was a better game in nearly every way but Expansive Worlds has decided to kill it entirely (meaning anyone who paid into it for the last 15 or so years loses everything). I would not trust these guys as far as I could throw them.
expansive world recently said they will be closing the hunter classic this was a slap in the face they let the game die and screwed the fan base. cotw is such a money grab they shove all these dlc's down your throat meanwhile the game is boring all u need is the e caller just spam it and u magically just pull animals in what a joke at least classic had camo value and actual good animal movements and patterns but this game is just a arcade run and gun
theHunter: Call of the Wild is an open world walking simulator. In the time I have played it I did not find anything to shoot which make this more walking than hunting. The graphics are great which is the game's best feature. The DLC is extensive but the core game is playable. Played this on my Dell XPS 9570 with GTX 1050 Ti Max Q 4GB. My Dell has 3840x2160 UHD graphics. Game is very playable.
In order to have all the content in this game not only do you have to buy it, but you also need to spend 170 euros on dlc WITH ALL OF THEM BEING 55% OFF, so if theyre not on sale that probably translates to AROUND 320 EUROS. Companies that do this kind of garbage deserve and need to be wiped off the face of the earth.
This is a great game and I'm really enjoying it with the graphics, different animals, and plots, but I feel like the creators are really money hungry with how much DLC there are that should definitely be base game. PROS: -Very gorgeous game -Never gets boring -Good storyline and graphics -Very very fun CONS: -Lots of DLC that shouldn't be DLC -practically unplayable without DLC -lots of grinding (good or bad)
OH NO! you have to buy this dlc to sleep
Do you want a vehicle? Buy DLC. Want better weapons? Buy DLC. The base game offers nothing, forcing you to buy a variety of DLCs. 115GB to play for 2 hours and to see some fun at least, you need to buy some DLCs... I didn't like how this company manages the game. I also didn't like the fact that the hunter is always drunk when holding his breath before shooting, causing you to miss the shot or in the best-case scenario, you miss the vital point and spend many, many minutes chasing him. Perhaps there's a way to fix this over time, or from what I see in general, you have to buy DLC to get a bigger or better lung capacity, or to buy better weapons. Anyway. The game promised to be good, but with just these points, I wouldn't even play it for free.
Trash game, trash company. Closing the hunter classic forcing supporters to loose everything they paid for. They will eventually do it here, avoid the developer and the publisher like the plague.
