About
In a world where mysterious plants are spreading all over the earth, emitting toxic spores as they grow, a small group of survivors seeks shelter on the back of a giant, wandering creature they call 'Onbu'.
Become their leader, build their settlement and form a symbiotic relationship with Onbu to survive together in this hostile, yet beautiful post-apocalyptic world.
A functioning village is the basis of your survival. Build your settlement and expand it over Onbu’s back. Plan production chains and optimise them to utilise the limited space as efficiently as possible. Create a society that can overcome any challenge.
Living on the back of another organism comes with its own set of challenges. Will you live in symbiosis, bond with Onbu and survive on mutual trust? Or will you become a parasite, only aiming to ensure a better life for your villagers? The choice is yours.
Continuously adapt your village as you travel through a multitude of different biomes, each with its unique climate zones, opportunities and threats. Scout your environments and send out foraging missions to gather rare resources and ancient artefacts.
Remnants of the old world hold knowledge that has long been forgotten, but can be unearthed by your villagers. Find and research these technologies, but use them wisely, as progress can be a double-edged sword.
Ensure the survival of both your villagers and your Onbu, even though poisonous spores, merciless weather, bloodsucking parasites and many more challenges mean that the odds are often stacked against you.

Nice game

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really like that this game is at a pace of your own. The research alone doesn't take 12 hours in our time but in the game and you dont have to use tickets or gems to hurry things along. Its got enough missions to keep you engaged plus the style of artwork is beautiful yet engaging. I also love that you have a village on the back of a giant monster. That's pretty cool. Excellent game really itches my brain in a good way!
Very original concept, I loved the idea of switching biomes on the back of a giant creature. Also the fact that you have to manage both your village and the creature. After I finished the campaign though, I found the other game modes quite repetitive or boring, even though you can change difficulty. I am waiting for dlcs, I think there are great opportunities to add multiple resources, crops or biomes, and to randomize things a bit. At the moment every game you have the same starting resources, the same starting research tree and you always do the same things. So it feels a bit repetitive. However, this game is definitely worth the money. I finished the campaign in about 30 hours and loved every second of it
love it!

Uma experiência sensacional! A jornada é incrível!! As músicas, as missões, a história, tudo!!
El puto gordo de onbu come demasiado
Rating: 9/10 The Wandering Village is a game that I thoroughly enjoyed from the very beginning. One of its biggest strengths is how easy it is to understand. The tutorial and game mechanics are introduced naturally, allowing you to get started without feeling overwhelmed or having to spend time searching for answers. The pacing is excellent. New mechanics, buildings, and challenges are introduced at a steady rate, keeping the experience engaging without making it feel rushed or overly complicated. There is always something to work toward, but rarely does the game feel stressful. The unique concept of building a village on the back of a giant wandering creature adds a fresh twist to the city-building genre. Managing resources while maintaining the relationship with your enormous companion creates interesting decisions and gives the game a distinctive identity. The art style and atmosphere are also highlights, creating a charming and relaxing experience that makes it easy to lose track of time while playing. Pros Easy to learn and understand Excellent pacing Unique and original concept Relaxing yet engaging gameplay Charming visuals and atmosphere Steady sense of progression Cons Can become repetitive during longer sessions Some players may want more end-game content
