Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I wish I had played this game in a language I didn't understand. The puzzles are fine, decently done but nothing too challenging or engaging. The story is laden with "sci-fi philosophy" that is more trite and annoying than it is thought-provoking. The message is muddy and the details of the story are, at best, poorly thought-out. Maybe it's unfair, but the entire time I spent playing this game all I could think was "this is trying to do what Portal did and not doing it nearly as well"

The plot in this game is immensely annoying. It pretends to discuss philosophical subjects, but it is only skin deep. It is on the level of having read Wikipedia entry for Turing test, chinese room argument and few other things, and then... stoping at that. The characters discuss what these things mean and we are supposed to be impressed. In reality how it is presented here is all banal, devoid of original thought and mostly pretentious. It also does not really have effect on the plot, which is about moral dillema (not very original one too) unrelated to those. If you want something few times more clever play The Talos Principle instead. During the whole game we listen to discussions between the protagonist and AI. The protagonist is supposed to be highly trained expert, but she behaves like an idiot which must have explained everything by AI. AI has its own agenda but seems to be incapable of convincing anyone to do its biding. It insults people, then try to argue using "logic", then insults them again. Its behaviour has neither sense nor consistance and is quite irritating. Maybe I would forgive it if puzzles were very good, but they aren't. Nearly all are quite straightforward. The game introduces new mechanics all the time and then does not do much interesting stuff with them. Not every logic game needs to have hard puzzles, but at least they should engage with the mechanics more
Turing Test is about Eva Turing waking from her cryogenic sleep. Her mission is to start when the base on Europa, a moon on Jupiter is completed by her team. T.O.M the project AI and guide wakes her. The base is ready but the team is missing. She shuttle lands on an icy Europa base. What starts as a simple search and rescue mission turns into a horrifying mystery of humans and machines, Control and moral ethics. Of humans controlling machines/AI or vice versa. As reasons of the vanishing of her team starts getting clear to her shock, the question of who is controlling whom and what game is being set up by her employees ISA gets darker. The story is decent graphics good. BUT the game is very boring. You have a gun but it is an Electro Magnetic Tool EMT gun to pull out or fire energy balls to open or close doors. The missing crew members have changed the base design leaving a series of puzzles that need both human and AI to solve. These are all engineering puzzles where you must use EMT guns, move things around, figure out sequences to open - close doors, use of cranes, magnetic pullers, lifts etc to move past the areas in the base towards the final area where the answers are. Imagine an Alien Isolation game but with no aliens to kill? Chapters 1-4 are boring. From 4 end things get interesting when Eva learns she has AI chips implanted in her allowing control of her actions and she can also enter use mechanical things like robots, drones, security cameras, cranes using that AI. So things get interesting as puzzles get complex and you use vast teleportation in objects to help activate switches. Working parallel merging with robots to unlock puzzles at other ends etc. You use massive destructive guns only thrice. Twice to break cranes, containers to clear your way. Last 3rd use is at game end in the epilogue where you make a moral choice for 1/3 possible endings. All 7 levels have a side quest a side area in each map at halfway point a small phase door in connecting corridor where you solve mechanisms to find the truth of the mystery of what happened to your team. Notes, objects, audio logs etc. The whole base is now a designed puzzle. Graphics is good. There is a Star Trek, Star Wars ship interior feel but its repetitive same old type rooms ♥♥♥ puzzles one area after another area. They should have throw in some gunfights with aliens. Its a Star Trek like walking puzzle game in end. The length of game does not fully do justice to story as there is nothing different to do thats what makes it boring and unsatisfactory. Still its worth 1 play if one has nothing better to do. The consistent blue, green, red lighting in the whole game rooms induces some motion sickness. It may take you 2 hours to 5-6 hours depending on how much you can move past rooms fast. Best buy cheap at sale.
Im not a fan of the Si-Fi genre, but i really like puzzle games so i thought i will give it a try. I didnt have any expectations when i started The Turing Test and didnt have a clue what it is about, but pretty quickly i was enthralled by the story and liked the puzzle design a lot! Playing as Ava Turing (space engineer) you are sent to a spacestation "europa" and your goal is to make it thru a lot of sectors with different puzzles to find your missing crew, guided by a AI named TOM. The puzzles are well designed and increase in difficulty step by step and all new mechanics are well introduced. You are playing thru 7 chapters with several sectors in each one + there is one bonus level in every chapter. The puzzles are not too easy, not too hard and i really enjoyed to solve them, but surprisingly for me i liked the story even more! Also the music during the game is enjoyable and the voice acting is great! I spent some time to translate a lot of stuff while reading diaries/documents etc + the game was running at the background for probably ~3h so i cant tell actually how long my playtime was, but for sure at least 4-5h less than 12h. Achievements are really easy to 100% in a single playthru, except one which you can quickly get after you have finished the game, cuz you can choose each chapter and even each sector to replay. Overall it was a great experience, thumbs up!
Puzzle game + existential dread = fun to play
great 1st-person puzzler, and unlike portal and its ilk, no platforming or timing, so it's a lot less stressful. there's a single instance of 'use switch, sprint over bridge before it disappears' but it's doable. looks and sounds really good, interesting if not all that original story, don't miss it.
Sadly this game is Unplayable for People prone to Motion Sickness. Here is what induces Motion Sickness for me (and as i could read in the Forums for other people too): -Wayy to fast Player speed. -Very Strong Head Bobbing. -60 FPS Cap. -Very Very strong camera shake/head bob when climbing ladders and during other scenes like opening the hatch (I had too look away during the first ladder, otherwise it would have been instand throwup). -Disorienting object movement when picking something up to inspect it. The game looked so great but with these things it is Unplayable.
