Jogo maravilhoso.

Gameplay: * Click all things * Exhaust all dialogue options * Solve mild puzzles (in-game hints available) * Combine Text modules and Item to make accussations * Present clues in final trial Modern Adventure games often have the follwoing issue: The text is bland and way too long. Here I don't get the feeling the game is wasting my time. All dialogue interactions are boosted by excellent voice acting and minimal but expressive character animations way above par what you'd expect from the heavy hitters like Ace Attorney. Loved all three games, will definitely buy the next if there is going to be one.
The story is so impressive that I need time to process and sink in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. There were so many different story points that intertwined and relate to each other and each character was so well written.
Funny, smart, engrossing, makes me wish this studio made more!!
I want to like this game, I really do. The characters, the setting, the dialog, the visuals - it's all great. The reason I don't like it is the gameplay itself. Namely, the process of investigation is so incredibly tedious. There are too many clues, too many characters, and the unpredictability as to who might know something means the bulk of the game is spend asking character X about object Y, over and over again, until something useful comes up. That, and the already laborious process of spot-the-object clue finding, means it felt like a chore to play. The mystery itself is solid, and the conclusion is alright, but the slog of getting there means I was left with a "thank god it's over" feeling at the end of it. Not exactly a sign of a great experience.
The animation: delicious. The story: goated. You're left guessing but not being spoonfed

Exactly the kind of follow-up to Tangle Tower I wanted, and then some
