About
Summoned to the Misty Mountains by Lord Gimli Lockbearer himself, you must answer the call and reclaim Moria, the legendary home beneath the mountain! awesome game a lot of adventure and fun
I don't have a lot of playtime yet, but it is 100% a game worth trying if you like survival games. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Exploration: I find it enjoyable that there are quests, but you don't really need to follow them. You might end up at locations on your own terms. That happens to me a lot of times; I just accidentally wander to waypoints without even trying. Combat: I enjoy the simple combat. It's not too complicated and pretty chill to play. World: The places I have explored so far have been amazing. It makes me miss a lot of the old Lord of the Rings games, like LotR: War in the North, The Two Towers, The Return of the King, and The Third Age. Cons: Polish: The game feels a little bit clunky at times, but I don't think it's a major flaw. Difficulty: I feel like the difficulty should adjust to solo play if the game notices you are playing alone. I played on normal difficulty, and some of the encounters were pretty difficult for a solo player. Tutorials: The game could explain certain mechanics better, like how to get food that restores health. It would be more fun if the game told you how to do this rather than having to search online for the answers.
Definitely loved the game. It takes reading and thorough work to strategize thru it. I'm lucky to have my hubbie play with me because he does opposite work than me and together we make a great team. He's afraid of nothing. I'm afraid of lots - but with him...I'm loving all battles and in there with him! We made a great base, huge! Very pretty, and very comfortable with gardens, and all smithing and work out in the courtyards. Foods prepared and stored inside the house. Sleeping and eating, or hanging out for a moment with a mug and dancing. Then onto battles. Have your armor and weapons UP TO DATE and keep beating the ....out of all who oppose. Work but fun. We are getting ready to get the next part of the game. There are bad reviews. Sad. I hope we will find out spot in it :) I'd advise someone to play with you and do a lot of laughing and enjoy.
