Not Recommended (Unless You’re a Glutton for Punishment) Return to Moria is a game I want to love. It looks good, sounds great, and absolutely nails the dwarven atmosphere. The premise is fantastic, and when you’re building out your halls, the game can be genuinely charming. But wow… everything else tries its hardest to stop you from having fun. The AI dwarves behave like they’re drunk, lost, or both. They get stuck inside walls, under floors, on top of random objects — and the only fix is restarting the game, which itself crashes constantly. Their pathfinding? Imagine handing a toddler a map and telling them to find their way through a mine. Quests are vague, the map is useless, and some “simple” tasks take five-plus hours of grinding. Combat is barebones, and the targeting system loves to lock onto enemies you weren’t even looking at, throwing you face-first into a mob. Building is a gamble: sometimes it works, sometimes it refuses for no reason, and the camera is actively hostile. Movement speed is slow enough to make you question your life choices. And the game is long — I hit the boss around 40 hours in, and only then does the settlement management open up. It’s fun, but it’s buried under a mountain of grind. If you’re a masochist who enjoys survival crafting and you adore LOTR, you might still enjoy this. For everyone else, consider this a friendly warning.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

54 hours out of the game running with two friends.... wasn't bad, but it got boring just getting to the new area and doing the same exact thing i did in the last area. Was happy to be done and not because of the excitement for a game ending scene. Shocker there hasn't been any update since Feb. I don't think game is going to go anywhere past what we have. So, big miss by the dev team and a fat Thumbs down.
Ce jeu n'exciterait même pas un bandeur de LOTR. Allez jouer à Valheim, vous passerez de meilleurs moments.
Got the game half off, decently well made and I love lotr. It has some bugs and some fps drops, but other than that its decent. The combat feels alright but a little simple and maybe bland sometimes. There is 1 major thing I cant stand though, there is no way to destroy stuff you dont want, so u have to make a separate world just to literally throw items and gear away that you dont want. All in all its a good survival craft that lets you mine like a dwarf so whats not to love.
Wer Her der Ringe atmen will, spüren will, der ist hier richtig.
Fun!
I came in with an open mind, as a solo dwarf finding my way in the mountain. Afther some time i fought my first wolf, i was scared, if i get wounded, no one is there to help me. but i managed to slay it. and continu my journey. Found the first base location, and started with my base, at that moment it all started. Found a elven quarter, found more orcs and urukai and even trolls. Even Bear's, he almost got me, so i runned away, later when i was strong i showed him who is the biggest dwarf in the mountain >:) ! Bosses to fight, more base locations with giant forges to make new armors and tools. The gameplay and grind is nice in balance, you can claim your location where you want, so all options ar open. Even saw a little dragon, i runned for my life, but i found a Dwarf that helped me on my journey and we continu to explore and even found the best location to build a new base, a lot of room, some raids and still continu the gameplay now, there is still more to explore, make and find! Found a community from the original discord of the game, really nice people, sharing their knowledge, helped me on places i got stuck and learned me some secrets, really nice people and really appriciated! its called: under the mountain ( community / discord ). Now im a active dwarf there and hope to help people to! In the future what i hope is: - More locations, erebor, iron hills, blue mountain with big roads between it. - Locations that have their own items / armors / tools / food / seeds / blocks and ore's so you have to interact with others. - Goats and rams to pull the carts with items to trade, and rams to travel between big city's :) ! - if there will be more locations, more people to get in a server / world of someone, its now on 8, but think about a army of 40 dwarfes or more running and managing locations. - Road raids between locations, think about it 3 trolls running at you and about 100 orcs :O ! - Nazgul change to really make it hard to travel :O Can't wait till what high they will bring the game! T-Rex P. ~The dwarf that dropped the Ale :'(
