Reviews
Daybreak is the entry of Trails immediately after Cold Steel and it does an incredible job at reintroducing the world while building an incredibly well-fleshed out cast. Not that previous groups were bad, but Arkride Solutions feels a lot more fleshed out as people compared most JRPG parties. Van in particular is the kind of person that I'm happy to see more of and I hope he's continually treated well in the future.
i think my playtime speak for itself but genuinly... such a great game, i loved the return to a slighly larger main cast and each setting the game explored, especially the whole story revolving fixing vans personal issues that said, i do think it has one of, if not the weakest main battle theme, it just dosnt fit the vibe of a grey private detective skirting the law all day, its just a bit too upbeat, and sure, its a nice foil to vans issues but you dont always need a foil, here it just comes across as ''van is a brooding lone wolf OH but heres some upbeat battle music!''

Trails is good. This is more Trails.
It was great
It has fun characters and interesting locations and builds upon the already existing lore I mean by now you either know if you love this series or you hate it and I think I'll always love it so it's always good
“One: Never accept less than 1,000 mira an hour. Two: Complicated matters only. Three: Only eat sweets once per day. Four: Sleep whenever you can. Five: A hot morning shower and a dip in the sauna are blessings to oneself.” — The Five Laws of a Spriggan
I like Van Arkride

As usual, great story and gameplay
I greatly enjoyed the new "quartz" system, making you pay attention to the element count for shard skills without limiting what kind of Arts each character can perform. The quality of side quests is a huge improvement, not to mention the new morality system for some nice roleplay.
