Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The Front takes place in a post-apocalyptic sandbox world populated by mutants and hostile factions. On this war-torn land, players will engage tyrannical imperial forces, exiles, thugs, and rebels in an epic battle that will determine the fate of humanity. Team up with your friends, explore ruins and enemy areas, craft weapons and equipment, build bases and defend them with tower defense-style traps, upgrade tech, pilot tanks and helicopters, battle the elements, and contend with fearsome foes!
The Vehicle Assembly system is now live! From chassis and frame to engines, weapons, and armor modules — mix and match parts freely to craft your custom combat vehicle from the ground up.
Build a high-speed assault rig, a heavy firepower beast, or a bizarre machine fueled by pure imagination — it’s all in your hands. Assemble, modify, upgrade — you’re in full control. Performance, looks, and tactical style all come together to define your war machine.
And this is only the beginning. In the future, we’ll be adding mechanical claws, flying vehicles, and customization options like paint jobs and graffiti. Your war machine won’t just be powerful — it’ll be uniquely yours.
Construct bases using hundreds of different building components to protect your resources and shelter yourself from this merciless world. The only limit is your imagination!
Strategically route monsters through a brutal crucible of traps designed to slaughter explosive beasts, invisible assassins, flying soldiers, and other catastrophically powerful invaders.
Craft and pilot over 20 types of functional vehicles, including pickup trucks, logging trucks, mining trucks, self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, attack helicopters, and more. In the future, The Front will also feature modifiable base vehicles, allowing players to build mobile steel behemoths.
Use monitoring devices such as pressure plates and infrared sensors along with complete circuits to construct automated defense systems.
Arm yourself with a variety of melee weapons, firearms, explosives, and even tanks and helicopters, then use these tools of war to raid the bases of other players, or simply protect your own territory.
Use Jammers to subdue NPCs you come across in the world. In addition to helping you in combat, these NPCs will also put their talents to use at workbenches to help you improve the efficiency of your operation and produce resources more quickly.
Craft water-powered equipment, then use it to develop your own agricultural system including spraying and planting. Choose from dozens of recipes to cook delicious meals.
Trek across deserts, forests, snowlands, swamps, and more to find unexplored and treacherous areas such as underground research institutes and restricted military bases. Along your way, you will loot structures, collect blueprints, and claim airdrops, all in the name of making yourself a force to be reckoned with.

Reviews
Gameplay's in a pretty solid state now—most of what they promised at launch is actually in the game. It's pretty easy to get into; you can legit take on 30+ level enemies with a wooden spear even as a lowbie. Oh, and the overworld mobs are kinda braindead
I still hope that the production team can update more content in the future, so that players can experience more survival and construction modes

Grafica orrenda, pessimo sistema di combattimento, bug debilitanti, menu e sistema di crafting poco intuitivo, musica ripetitiva e orribile. sembra un gioco creato dall'IA usando uno schema già visto in altri titoli (myth of empires, the day before ecc,ecc...) La versione adventure è una orribile scopiazzatura di altri grandi titoli che, pur essendo indie, si prendono un distacco bello grande da questo.. Non è nemmeno lontano dal considerarsi un gioco fatto e finito.
The first-person perspective is very immersive, you can even drive, and zombies will cling to the car, which makes it feel very engaging. Looking forward to even more interesting updates.
had allot of potential, took all the right things from some of the best games and made it there own, but some jank is too much jank,
After 2.8 hrs, there was nothing that made me want to keep playing. I tried to be objective as best as possible, it is not 1.0 level, sorry Open Wold Games, you got this one wrong. There was nothing that made me want to play more, all in all it was just blah, bland. It takes great ideas from other games and puts them into one, downside is that it doesn't do any of them better or even good. The starter area was wall to wall logged out player bodies, hunted animals didn't run, only specific items were loot-able and they were highlighted with this overly bright neon green that took away from the immersion. For being 1.0 there was no lead up story or intro video, you had two options to start, though they were not explained as to why I would want one over the other. Zombie death sounds were like normal people, nothing special. I am a Project Manager by trade, I would have never let this game get a 1.0 tag put on it. If you get it at the current $17 price, just expect a $17 game. It needs to cook a lot longer.
Really fun game, I had lots of fun with this one. Especially making my own traps and running waves.
The gameplay is pretty good, and the tower defense part is really fun. However, for an open world game at this stage, the interactivity is way too limited. I hope the developers can optimize this in future updates and fix the bugs as well.
The custom paint jobs for vehicles make mine look unique, and raiding those NPC structures for resources (they respawn too!) is great. The trap blueprint rewards are awesome too—exploring and collecting is way more fun now!
This vehicle customization update hits different! The wheel spikes + hunter missiles combo is both super handy and cool. Being able to recycle workbenches and use items from storage when repairing? Total game-changer. Everything’s way smoother now, my experience got way better!
