Great game. Story was compelling, it ran good, and the audio/visuals were impressive for a 2 man development team! Highly recommend with the enticing price point
Ce jeu développe une atmosphère incroyable. L'histoire est comme un livre, elle se laisse contée dans une ambiance bien à elle, pas glauque pas malsaine mais sans niaiserie. Mais ce n'est pas que de la lecture, tous les choix sont important et laisse augurer un final en fonction de ceux-ci. les graphisme sont beaux et les personnages attachants, ayant leur propre vécut. Cela permet de s'imprégner de l'histoire et la vivre. Un très bon moment hors du temps. Puis pour une fois pas d'énigme retors qui bloque la progression et casse l'ambiance. Une dernière chose et pas des moindres, il n'y a qu'une seule sauvegarde et pour une fois cela ne m'a pas dérangé car lorsque l'on fini cette histoire, il est possible de revenir sur chaque chapitre pour les finir à 100%. Vraiment je le conseille à ceux qui souhaitent vivre un beau moment.

Für das, was es sein will, ist The Crimson Maid ein ganz passables Spiel. Die Story ist zwar nichts Weltbewegendes, hat mich aber das eine oder andere Mal tatsächlich überrascht. Insgesamt ist es eher leichte Kost, die für den Preis absolut in Ordnung geht und einen gemütlichen Filmabend gut ersetzen kann. Wer keine riesigen Erwartungen hat, bekommt hier ein solides Erlebnis. Für zwischendurch also ganz nett.

Tombée sur ce jeu par le plus grand des hasards, je me suis dit : "Allez, si ça se trouve ça va être bien" J'avoue, j'adore le trope du prêtre avec une perte de foi et de sens, qui rentre voir sa famille.. Le gameplay était un peu chaotique au début et on finit par prendre le rythme. Mais j'ai ADORÉ ! Je pensais tout comprendre, allant de théories en théories et en m'impliquant de plus en plus dans le scénario. Certes, c'est plutôt une histoire guidée, avec quelques légers impacts sur la fin et quelques éléments intéressants. Signe que c'est un bon jeu : j'ai presque envie de le refaire pour faire quelques choix décisifs de fin.. Très cool, laissez-vous tenter comme Marius, le prêtre de ce jeu ;)
Really weird and the character motivations don't always make sense, but I enjoyed it. The puzzles are a bit simple but I still had fun playing so overall I recommend
