Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 16 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Socially conscious and an entertaining mystery in one!
Fun throwback to 80's Sierra adventures. If you like the Laura Bow games you'll like this!
If you liked the AGI / SCI era Sierra games or Colonel’s Bequest specifically, you will like this. Looking forward to the sequel, which you can see painstakingly drawn on twitch every week, scene by scene.

An amazing EGA-styled text parser adventure game styled after the classics of the genre, particularly The Colonel's Bequest, this was a great time. Never too frustrating, no living dead situations where a puzzle becomes unsolvable, it's a great example of what the genre can be. Nancy, our protagonist, and her narration are charming and fun in the way of old LucasArts and Sierra, the mystery is compelling and there's always a sense of what you need to do. Sometimes the parser is a bit awkward, especially since you can never "use" an object (requiring words like "insert" for combining items, "turn" for faucets, etc.), but it only occasionally detracts from the experience. Would highly recommend!
The Crimson Diamond took me right back to those old Sierra adventure games from the 80s and 90s. The game perfectly captures the Colonel's Bequest feeling, and the story and puzzles are very well put together. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game! As a fan of the old Sierra games, this is a must-have.
I genuinely don't review games but I picked this up on a whim after seeing the art style talked about in a youtube video, and had a really enjoyable experience. It was my first time with this kind of game, and I really just wanted to experience it for myself. I struggled a lot, but I had a fun time with the story.
I helped a bit with testing, so I might be biased. All I can say that this is a great adventure game, with multiple endings, so there is replay value. The presentation is great, both art and music. There are no moon logic puzzles either. I think that if you like adventure games, even if you never played a parser one, you will most likely enjoy this.
Great mystery with a shocking amount of things to find on repeat playthroughs. The text parser is well done, I was sometimes surprised by being allowed to do really specific commands and only rarely had to retype the same command with different wording to get the parser to accept it. One drawback, navigating the world is a little annoying because you have to enter the command "o d" every time you want to open a door.
This is the first time I'm so excited about an adventure game since the time of floppy discs and verb interfaces. Incredible pixel art 10 / 10 Text gameplay needs some actual investment of time and thought, but then u have many more opportunities (than just clicking around) and a great time.
