The game is a very fun and charming Bullet hell. lots to do and great artwork, even if simple style. Just a good time.

One of the best entry points to shoot-em-up genre. Music is absolutely outstanding, Phyrnna did unbelievably great job on this one, as always. Matt is so consistent with his games being banger after banger after banger, non stop, its almost absurd. But cant say im against it :3

I have a vague memory of playing Bullet Heaven 1's endless mode as a kid on the school computers. Even though I have little interaction with Epic Battle Fantasy, in a way, this series is very nostalgic to me. A reminder of simpler times. I don't ever play danmakus. I tried Touhou once and was completely annihilated. So imagine my surprise when I discovered that I actually have it in me to push for all achievements (which require good scores on the game's highest difficulty, among other things). That being said! The game offers three difficulty options as well as "cheats" and "handicaps" to modify gameplay in plenty of ways, which is a fantastic form of accessibility. My only issue with the game was that in long play sessions something within the game would seemingly leak or corrupt, which caused stages to either become black screens (while still running!) or stop loading altogether. Save file was unharmed though so this is at most a minor inconvenience. Thank you Matt for your dedication to game development and the preservation of Flash's legacy

Great game filled to the brim with bullets, bullets and, you guessed it, more bullets.
