Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The Coin Game is a fun-filled arcade adventure on an island packed with ticket games, quirky robots, and endless activities. Explore realistic arcades with machines inspired by modern favorites and swap your tickets for prizes at redemption areas. Head to Larry's Arcade to jam with animatronics Teddy and the Ticket Eaters, or try UFO Arcade's space-themed games, Laser Tag, and Indoor Go-Karting. Don’t miss the ‘90s-style indoor mall with its own arcade, food court, shops, and even a cinema to watch your own movies. Just watch out for the minions – they’re big fans of Teddy and can challenge you in Laser Tag! Looking for more adventure? Make a splash at Lenny's WaterPark or show your skills at mini-golf and RC boat racing at pirate-themed One Eyed Billie’s. And don’t forget the Traveling Carnival with 20+ classic games, rides, and new prizes.
For a challenge, Survivor Mode lets you start with limited funds. Keep an eye on your health and energy (right on your wristwatch) by grabbing food around the island. Jerry’s got the healthy stuff if you can afford it, but junk food’s always cheap!
Run out of money? Scavenge dumpsters, hop on your bike and deliver newspapers around the island, or hit up the Pawn Shop to sell extra prizes. Otherwise you might have to beg Uncle Phil for some extra allowance!
If you just want to relax, activate Birthday Mode and live the good life with unlimited cash courtesy of Uncle Phil. Play however you like and enjoy your time at the arcades! Fill your belly with soda pop and cheesy poofs leaving sticky fingerprints on over 50 different games and machines.
There are plenty of ways to travel around the island. Take the bus, your very own golf cart, bike or Mom's van. Or maybe walk to burn all that fast food you just had at the mall. Be careful though, there is lots of highway traffic and tourist activity on the island so make sure to keep off the roads.
You can play The Coin Game with any mouse, keyboard or any Dual stick/pad controller. The game includes an easy to use key mapping system to support virtually any controller or peripheral. So you can play The Coin Game any way that you like.

36 HRS DOWN THE DRAIN
This Game Is Awesome <3 & I don't think it deserves the bad reviews due to bugs that are temporarily (because of a complete rework of the game) I just wanted to come here and say that I love this game. I fully support the development of The Coin Game.

Best Arcade Simulator. When i first was introduced to this game it was from a Youtuber named Brutalmoose if it wasn't for him and me finally having money to buy it and a PC to play it after 7 years later i can finally say this is the best game to play virtual Arcade games at home even if real arcade games cost a lot of money this is alllllll the games in one virtual game for PC!
why is this rated so highly it kinda sucks? reading and the 1.0 update made the game super garbo?
This is one of my favourite games on steam and up until the release of 1.0 I was trying to get all the achievements and fill my room with pink glowsticks. This game was so much fun. I came back hoping 1.0 would have smoothed some issues and maybe added a few more things. My first day I glitch out on the bike and rocks several times and finally get stuck in a statue and I have to restart the day. The second day I got stuck in pallets leading to a dumpster and spent 15 minutes trying to get unstuck before again just restarting the day. Third try I start up the first arcade and I play my first game until an NPC pushes me and I get stuck for a bit. I then go to cash my tickets and I am again stuck and cannot get out so I restart the day. Ive made it to almost 100 days in my legacy save with so few issues that this is absurd and game breaking. I will not be returning until the game is fixed. Edit: Decided one more try and kept getting stuck and somehow locked myself out of pizza delivery. :(
I bought this game pretty close to when it came out. The developer has just constantly added more and more free content that scratches a kind of itch that is honestly hard to find on Steam. It's such a nice arcade simulator that doesn't try to replicate "retro" arcades, there's other games for that niche, instead it replicates what it'd be like to go to your local arcade in the current year. I'm a big fan of the way real-world arcade games are represented, in real-life a lot of them are hard to win or outright scammy. It's fun to be able to play those kinds of games endlessly without draining your wallet. Great game !
I used to love popping in and checking out the new features of The Coin Game, but it has gotten SO much worse that I think the dev might have a developed a brain tumor. There are so many bugs that have been added and the new physics are far far worse that they used to be. I don't regret buying all those years ago but as of now I can't recommend it.
Spent $200 trying to get all the dunko cards, got the black card to drop 4 times and all 4 times it glitched underneath the coins and dissapeared. I'll pass.
I really love this game, but its so unpolished for a 1.0 game. Got stuck on ticket machine, tried everything to move. Saved and exited game, and it basically reset my character and I have to start again. Some arcade games are bugged and you have top leave arcade game and join again for it to work properly. I will definitely give this a positive review as its so much fun. but currently feel tedious.
