The Coin Game

While the 1.0 release was disappointing i do still recommend tis game to people. This game is the devs love letter to all things arcades and i do think that they do truly care for this game. I personally have had a blast with this game and will still stand by the dev even through the bad. The games are very faithful to those in arcades both old and new and is just a really fun time waster that brings me back to my childhood. overall i would say get this game if you like old school ticket arcade games just for the time being play on the pre 1.0 patch. will update when 1.0 is fixed

If you don't mind a half a millisecond stutter every time you're in the middle of a game that requires precision and has a time limit, you might like this game. Tl;dr: You're a kid who has a micro seizure every couple of seconds, who enjoys playing arcade games

bad 1.0 update, graphics look the same, its buggier, messier, and just more un-fun and annoying then early access. Dont buy yet, just see where the game goes.

Hands down THE BEST Indie game I have EVER played. I thought it was just the one room with a few mini games, then I got exploring and holyyyyy!!! So many nostalgic games that I can directly relate to core memories - like disney world etc. For a little over £10, you really cannot go wrong. 2 core modes as well, survival or unlimited, plenty to brainrot over! Mad fun game, sad it hasn't had more hype! Can't wait for multiplayer so I can play with friends and trade prizes etc! Give it a go, you will be very suprised!

While the concept seems interesting the Survival mechanics are way too over tuned to the point of not being fun to manage. If it was possible to reduce how often you needed to manage survival bars or even just disable them but keep the need to earn money to play the games and even the Curfew I would of enjoyed the experience a lot more. While the game does offer a freeplay option in Birthday mode the Idea of having to earn money to play the arcades feels more rewarding, but having to babysit your characters "Health" makes it feel more like an actual job than a fun game. Ironically the babysitting sidejob is less demanding than having to babysit your character. While I can see why someone might enjoy the game as there are parts that I did like. Earning Money for plays, Trading Tickets for Prizes, Managing your time before Curfew the survival system honestly just kills any fun to be had for me. If the game offers an option to customize survival mode to disable some of the more intrusive parts I may give it another go but as it stands I left the game feeling like I spent a whole lot of time to get nowhere.

Comes with gamebreaking bugs that force you to alt f4 the game. Combine that with a lack of autosave and game's just sludge.

Honestly my main complaint is the player controller. If you could just make something that works instead of getting stuck all the time, I would easily recommend this. With the current state this game is in (and the amount of bugs), this game is not worth $20. It's still a fun game with lots of features, but it's so frustrating to navigate that I would skip buying this one until it gets better (or at least goes on sale).
