Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I quite enjoyed The Bureau XCOM Declassified, if I were to try and describe it - it's as if you took Mass Effect gameplay and mixed it with a 1960's Cold War theme, and I think as long as you go in with the right expectations you'll enjoy it. + Solid and enjoyable strategic combat that still feels hands on + Fun 1960's Cold War theme with mission hub - Some annoying missable achievements from missions or hub conversations Recommended to anyone looking for a strategic third person combat game, or just anyone who likes the classic 1960's alien vibes.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Had this game for years, played a bit on the computer but never finished it. Decided to go for it again on the Steam Deck to clear some backlog. I'm a X-COM fan and this game seems quite good for now. Nice shooting game, a bit of strategic moves that works as a bridge to the original style of X-COM. Good Game.
The game is fun and is very different from the rest of the XCOM franchise. Worth it when on sale.
A grenade explosion knocked my fedora off, I could pick it back up. 11/10
Шедевр игровой индустрии пошаговых игр!!! 10/10
Meta-data: I completed the main story on normal difficulty. I didn't get all achievements, nor did all missions. I played on keyboard & mouse. TL,DR: An interesting premise with mediocre implementation. It fails to bring the best of XCOM, the best of tactical games, and the best of the cover third person shooter genre. If you're interested in the story, I recommend watching a playthrough. Would **not** play again. The good 1 - The story premise is interesting. An alien invasion during the Cold War. Mix of old-tech and alien tech. 2 - The environments cool looking, if a bit same-y. 3 - It's cool to walk around The Bureau and talk to NPCs. 4 - The outcome of some quests change depending on your choices. 5 - The last two missions are cool. The Bad 1 - The story itself is only mediocre. 2 - The side stories are forgettable. Some characters are charismatic, but you don't see them for long enough to actually care about them. 3 - The Bureau quests didn't seem to have much impact aside of unlocking a dispatch mission. 4 - The game relies on auto-saves, which is bad because they are far in between. Specially during the Bureau segments, you must do everything in on go. 5 - After one or two missions, the maps start to be very same-y. There's also no verticality anywhere. 6 - The game lacks the classical "learn from your enemy" and "upgrade your base" that the modern XCOM games have. You do get alien weapons, but you just collect those from the ground. This isn't that bad, but it is a missed opportunity. 7 - Character dialogue and story progression are a bit messy. The dialogue is very dry, and characters will sometimes talk about things that they shouldn't know yet (ex: William will talk about Mosaic like he knows what it is, but them will talk with other NPC like he never heard about it). The Ugly 1 - The game tries to mix third person shooter mechanics of cover-based games (Gears of War, Uncharted) with the tactical elements of XCOM (classes, abilities, flaking). It does this by allow you to "slow down time" and issue commands to your squad mates: be it movement, usage of abilities, focus fire. This combination sounds interesting in theory, but it just doesn't work. The gunplay itself is fine, but the ally AI is simply too bad to allow for any tactical control. Your allies will charge enemies, keep in cover while flanked, and are just terrible overall unless you micromanage them 100% of the time, and this isn't fun. You also can't play it as a pure shooter, because enemies are sponges and your allies go down all the time, and can die (the game says that you can lose the game if all agents die, but I didn't get to this point). Overall, I feel that the game would benefit from being a pure tactical game or a pure shooter game. The mixture we got wasn't that great, and allied with the game's low production value in some places I could not recommend playing it.
This game is surprisingly good and yes I'm an Xcom fan since terrors from the deep
