About
You have crash-landed on a lethal, radiation-soaked planet, and you are running out of time. A scorching sun that burns everything in its path is coming your way. Your only hope of survival is a massive mobile base too complex for one person to operate. You are forced to make a decision no human has ever faced: creating a crew of alternative versions of yourself.
But your solution may just become your biggest problem.
You crashed. You are entirely alone. The sun is a death sentence, and your mobile base must keep moving to outrun it. With no rescue coming, you must find a way to operate it, or you’ll die.
When the planet itself is your enemy, every second spent standing still brings you closer to ash.
To survive, you must move. To move, you need help. Forced to use the base’s advanced quantum technology and the planet’s unique resources, you must create The Alters: alternative versions of yourself. Brought to life by a supercomputer that turned your alternative life choices into reality, they are your only hope. They bring the specific expertise and capable hands you drastically lack, but they also bring their own human baggage.
A crew of ‘yourselves’ is a psychological nightmare. Every Alter arrives with distinct personalities, memories, and regrets. You aren't just managing resources. You are also a relationship manager to yourself, mediating conflicts and confronting your past choices lightyears from home.
As tensions rise, your Alters will clash over how to handle the mission. Keep them sane and keep them together, or your own egos will destroy your only chance of seeing Earth again.
Your rolling base is your lifeline, your factory, and your home. Customize and upgrade it to accommodate your growing crew. Research cutting-edge technologies, manage crucial life-support gear, and manufacture what you need to survive. Turn your base into a self-sustaining powerhouse capable of keeping both your crew fed and your systems humming.
You cannot hide inside the hull forever. To fuel your base and progress your research, you must step out onto the hostile planet's surface. Venture out into unpredictable anomalies and heavy radiation to mine essential resources.
But watch the clock, as every expedition is a high-stakes gamble against the oncoming burning sunrise.

Had a few bugs here and there but overall, very happy with this game. I'll come back in a few months and get the rest of the achievements (since you can't get them all in one run) but yeah. The writing was pretty solid, although at times a few of the alters can become a little annoying. I liked the base and resource management stuff a ton. The soundtrack/sound design was awesome. The graphics were as good as any other game these days, so not bad but nothing explosive. The gameplay "loop" this game has is pretty good as well, however the "combat" was a little lackluster. Overall a strong 7/10. Worth your time.

Every market we collect.
Latest in each market: best FR #92, worst RU #99 · 3 markets collected
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm a gamedev myself, and that's the only review you need
Idea/Highlights 6/10

- Dual gameplay structure, alternating between base management and FPS exploration with dialogue and story in between. Exploration gives you resources to spend on your base, which in turns helps you explore further. - Visuals. I really like the surroundings and base itself - The main plot idea is quite unique
Gameplay 6/10

You spend most of your time in dialogue (if you don't skip it, of course), which is the game's main focus. I played on max difficulty, and the resource (base) management part was easy for me. It adds variety to gameplay and nothing more. Exploration is interesting due to awesome visuals, but after some time it becomes a bit tedious The same goes for the dialogue - it makes an awesome first impression but falls apart as the game goes on. From the ~9-hour mark onward, most dialogue is just boring fillers Overall, you just switch between different gameplay loops. Exploration and resource management are quite shallow, so you focus on dialogue mostly
Replayability 5/10

It gave an insane first impression. For the first 0-2 hours, I was very excited For me it started becoming boring at the 9-hour mark. From that point on, basically nothing conceptually new was introduced and nothing engaging happened And I finished the game in 19 hours. You would probably take around 25-30 hours to finish it After finishing this game once, I don't know why you would play it again. You could try the DLC (I havent't played it) which adds around 20 hours on top according to its description
Story 5/10

The core idea, the plot itself, is quite good, though.
Search for mysterious matter while working for a corporation, create alternative versions of yourself to survive, travel in a base that is a giant monowheel; very sci-fi. It even sounds awesome.
At the beginning it's very intriguing. The middle part is quite tedious; nothing major happens, and the ending is very weak in my opinion
I feel like there is no truly different ending. I never felt like my choices mattered at all. There are different endings, yes, but they feel very samey. Not even a cool cut scene or something. Very abrupt ending

Controls/UI/bugs

- Sometimes bugs occurred
Design overview

Worth mentioning (positive) - awesome base design, surrounding, atmosphere Worth mentioning (negative) -
Overall rating 22/40 (6/10)

Average, in my opinion. Every system is shallow by itself, but together they give you an interesting experience. "Dual" gameplay is the strongest and most interesting thing here. But they could definitely cut out a lot of the tedious parts or add more content If you like story games, maybe you can try it. If you primarily want a resource management game, I suggest skipping it
Extra

Follow my curator page, Dev inspiration, for more reviews from a developer's perspective.
