Terminator: Resistance, is a first-person shooter set during the 'Future War' scenario that was only glimpsed at in the iconic films, 'THE TERMINATOR' and 'T2: JUDGMENT DAY'. The machines are destined to lose, but at what cost?

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.71/day in the week to Aug 26 → 19.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm a big fan of the Terminator films (yes, both of them), and I've really enjoyed my time with Terminator: Resistance. If you're a fan of the films and want more story from that world, I recommend getting this game.
⠀
Both this game, and it's DLC are absolutely, without a doubt, VERY much worth the money. Especially so if you enjoyed the first two movies and enjoy the Terminator universe/lore. Not only are there tons of references/easter eggs. But this game has even gotten me to the point I feel like it's 100% canon alongside T1 and T2. Genuinely one of, if not, THE best movie games ever made. I am a huge fan of the way that Teyon made their levels for this game. They always give you multiple ways of handling each situation. Allowing you to approach many scenarios any way you want. Whether it be stealth, or hacking, or just going in for an all out firefight. I also love how they handled the weapons. Without spoiling too much, you're not going to be using laser weapons and killing terminators from the very beginning, making them a truly terrifying and imposing enemy for some time. And even when you CAN kill them, they're still way too much for you to take on in a open firefight. I also adore the many variants of enemies you can encounter, all the way from little bots, to the massive enemies you see in the movies. Now, as for the downsides, I'll say that the combat itself isn't super engaging or satisfying. When you're playing this, you're more so playing it for the cool factor and for the incredibly well written story. Also, I'm not certain if this happens with everyone. But every time I play this game, I have this weird bug where the ground is morphing and moving as I'm going throughout each level. Which I found VERY distracting and irritating. I am also not a huge fan of the way they handled your companions and the choices you have to make later in the game. If you've played it, you probably know exactly what I'm talking about, but I don't want to spoil it for you. I've played this game many times at this point, and it's become a bi-yearly ritual now to go back and watch the first two movies, then play this game. Seeing as, in my head-canon, the events of this game are absolutely true and is what happened in universe. Teyon handled this game extremely well, especially coming off of how terribly they handled the Rambo franchise. And given how good the Robocop game is, I'm genuinely excited to see which movie they tackle next. This is one of the few games that I feel the developers genuinely got all they could out of this game. I'm completely satisfied with the stories they've told both in the main game, and it's DLCs. I don't have any desire for them to come back and do any more Terminator content. Not because they did any of it wrong. I just feel completely satisfied with what they've done with it. It's just that I feel there isn't anything more they could do with it. I genuinely couldn't recommend this game enough to people who like T1 and T2. It's an absolute gem and well worth the money and time. I don't write very many reviews (as I'm sure you can see). But this game is one I'm very passionate about and I adore it far too much not to write a review for it. 9.5/10
IF you are a fan of the franchise there is almost no reason to not really like this game. The first thing you'll notice is the outdated graphics, considering the game isn't very old, it's not a good first impression. The second thing you'll notice is that mechanically it's a very run of the mill FPS game that offers nothing in terms of creativity in that area. But The writing is excellent, and this is the only choice based game I have ever played where your decisions have an effect on the actual outcome and ending in a meaningful way. Not only does this increase the replay value at a geometric rate, it also makes you appreciate the writing as a whole. In all honesty, this is the Terminator 3. Terminator 1&2 are masterpieces and everything that came after ranged from god awful, to passable -but this game is genuinely narratively good and bridges the gaps in the events between the first two movies and the future / past, as well as introduces a whole new storyline within it of it's own, and as such I consider it the true successor to T2. Gameplay 6/10 Soundtrack 7/10 Story 9/10 With an additional mention of replay value which is also a 9/10. Great game.
Terminator: Resistance -

сюжет неплохой и уважает первые фильмы (хотя финальная миссия будто недописана);
отличный звук, фансервис, собачки, Джон Коннор, всё как положено;
несколько нормальных экшен-сцен ближе к концу;

унылый затянутый стелс по полуоткрытым пустым картам;
враги медленные, тупые и повторяются как копипаст;
снайперка ломает весь геймплей - остальное оружие можно выбросить;
крафт не нужен вообще, но лута тонна;
коридорность уровней, маленькие локации, слабая графика, бэктрекинг;
ИИ в стиле «вижу через стены, но застреваю в лестнице»;

To go from Rambo to this was a massive leap forward for the developers. This game is a AA shooter with some RPG scavenge and loot mechanics and although it has its moments of jank you can tell it has far more heart than most. Grab it on sale and you'll have a blast.
