For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Игра шикарна!
I really enjoyed the game before it went into 1.0, I lost my 50 hr save due to it being corrupted. How much the game changed, Just not fun anymore.
This review comes from a perspective of having not touched it until after its 1.0 release and I got it on sale for $12 USD. I have completed the story and earned all achievements. TL;DR: If you really like factory games and have already played Factorio, Satisfactory, maybe Dyson Sphere Program and Shapez, I think this is worth picking up on sale. Is it a finished product? I would say so. Did I enjoy my time with it? Overall, yes. I experienced no major bugs/glitches, though the performance definitely took a huge hit in the late game. I definitely understand where many of the negative reviews are coming from. There are certainly some questionable-at-best decisions the devs made along the way (laser tag, really?), and the late part of the game isn't super engaging. I think the game could be a lot more than it is, if given more time to cook. From what I understand, there won't be any more work on the game due to "poor sales", so any remaining issues will not be getting fixed. I did sincerely enjoy the story overall. It's not gonna make you rethink your entire life, but it was an interesting take that I don't think I've seen before, and made sense for the most part, barring some plot holes. I very much liked the voice acting and thought they did well with expressing emotions rather than just reading their lines. The factory gameplay overall is pretty standard. Put some miners on some resource nodes, smelt the ore, make stuff, then make more stuff with that stuff. I don't think there's anything particularly new or innovative with it, but I don't always need "new and exciting" for it to be an enjoyable experience. There are some technologies that don't seem useful in the current iteration of the game, such as monorails, but I didn't use all of the options on Factorio or Satisfactory either, so I wouldn't say it's too much of a problem. The biggest issue was definitely the performance when my factory had grown sufficiently large. I'm on a pretty powerful computer, but I was dropping down to 30-40 FPS on my main factory floor and as low as 10 when mining on that floor with the largest mining size. With all of that said, there's still an enjoyable game here. It gave me the same "oh whoops, it's 3 AM" a couple of times like Factorio and Satisfactory did, where I just get lost in what I'm doing which is exactly what I want from these types of games. Maybe you get to levels 12-15 where the game starts to slow down quite a bit and decide to stop, but that's still going to be a good bit of playtime. I would say for people who are looking for more factory games and have already played the "big" ones, this is at least worth a look in its current state.
this game freaking sucks do not buy it please !!!
As a huge fan of Satisfactory and Factorio, I was excited to give Techtonica a try, and I'm really glad I did! While I've noticed that the game has garnered some negative reviews, I honestly think it deserves more attention and a fair shot, especially if you're into factory-building games like I am.
While this game has some flaws that will, unfortunately, not have a chance to be fixed, it is still a fantastic factory game that is worth playing.
do not buy !! culd have been a very good game, until the devs desided to ♥♥♥♥ ous all and abandon it. shame shame shame
Pretty good factory game. Similar to Satisfactory but underground. Shame they moved from "open world" to separate levels. However, I do like the higher level progression where it's not just about making more stuff but effectively planning what what you have - not sure how this would have been fully possible in open world? Can also see it might have helped with performance.
