Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

I was playing the original version + dlc for hundrets of hours and i'm really enjoying the relaunched version. This is definitely my favorite colony simulator. I love the design/graphics, the different music you can control over the radio. And the vast amount of ideas in the research tree is great! The game is also not pressuring you as much as for example frost punk. Once you start playing its really hard to stop again. :) A big THANK YOU to the developer team!
I wanted to like this game a lot. In fact I do, but so far the two games I've tried to play have both ended due to bugs I cannot seem to fix or work around. I played the original a bunch, so I went into this knowing most of the mechanics. In my first play through, I finished the mystery but shortly afterwards I was stuck watching huge chunks of my population going jobless, then finding jobs, then going jobless again in a never ending cycle of unemployment. My second game, I first lost a bunch of stuff to issues with asteroids (I lost multiple drones and two RC vehicles) because of the buggy state of the Asteroid UI, and then I finally gave up when the mystery was supposed to unlock a "Protection" technology, which never appeared and so my colony was slowly destroyed as I tried to figure out what I had done wrong. Please fix your game. It's great, and I would love to play it, but I can't until you ship a working product. The fact that these issues are still present in a REMAKE of a game is unacceptable.

I'd say wait on this one. I like the game, but it its current state, it is *extremely* buggy, which is crazy, given that it's basically a re-release. The asteroid mining interface is ludicrously frustrating--want to load up 107 metal? You have to click it one hundred and seven times. Wanna unload it? Another one hundred and seven mouse clicks. Oh, you can automate it, [strike]except now you have a "landing pad" that can't be deleted, even if you turn off the automation routine. And you after you do that, you can't reclaim it. So, now it's just this permanently unusable portion of your map--on both the asteroid and your colony.[/strike] -- they fixed the automation bug that caused the permanently unusable landing pad. The mining UI issue is still there--with other resources, I can click and hold to change amounts of resources, but with the asteroid mining, one click per resource; no other way to change it. I have little dust flurries from mining buildings that were deleted long ago. One of the landing pads still has little smoke flurries, although thankfully, it hasn't affected the operation. I have meteor warnings flashing on the map that won't go away, but also will not have meteors falling on them. The political faction business is bonkers; it makes no sense whatsoever, unless your colonists are complete idiots. Actually, maybe that's a pretty good reflection of actual politics, so IDK. But I still haven't figured out an effective way to deal with it. Tons of security? Detention centers? Media centers? Nothing really seems to make much of a difference, factions just rise and fall and cause problems sometimes. Yeah, IDK, maybe that's just reality. I'm probably forgetting something, but it's insane that this game was released in this condition. I'd had tons of weird little issues and bugs with the original game (particularly with trains--I didn't even TRY to use them in this game, out of habit from my experience with them in the first release LOL). So, I was hopeful that this was gonna be the "polished" version of the thing, that they'd have addressed all those issues and added more content. There's a little more content all right, which is nice, but good god it's like a beta version of the original game or something. Definitely not worth the money right now. And I'm not at all certain that they're ever actually going to fix any of this. Wish I could recommend it. I really like the game, but... c'mon, guys. Revision after another 15 hours: Cool now getting random crashes. Neat LOL
I really tried to love this game, it truly scratches an itch I did not know I had. But every step of the way there is a Bug, a boring or sloppy Mechanic, the colonist AI. You do not play this game you fight it for your enjoyment. The fact I bought it twice and the remaster ist still a buggy mess hurts... If only this had less bugs and some of the mechanics worked better, it would be an instant recommend.
THE GOOD -Mars! THE BAD -Scanning takes forever, even sped up, to reveal the map. Because even though we've been scanning Mars for a billion years now, we still need to scan MORE because "reasons". It is clear the devs do not value my time or yours and hit you with time wasting bloat. JUST SHOW US THE F*CKING MAP. -Controller support my @$$. I have the Steam controller and this game is janky af with a controller, I hate it. If you say you have controller support, then you'd better have controller support. Don't fall for their lies! -Time wasting nonsense even in the building mode that's supposed to be easier. I have to sit there and direct every last f*cking vehicle? How is this THE FUTURE when I can't program a simple rover? Kids can do that these days on a cellphone but we can't in THE FUTURE? lol. lmao even. -Why can't we just build and terraform? I'm not here for politics. I am here for MARS. Swear to god these idiots forgot the purpose of their game. MARS, idiots. -STOP SPAMMING MESSAGES ffs just let me play the game don't make me read your sh!tty filler text that's probably AI slop. -Soundtrack isn't interesting nor "futuristic" its just bland and boring and adds nothing to the game. I wound up playing and listening to world cup soccer instead. THE UGLY -Controls on this game are sooOOooOOoOooOoOOoOooOoo bad. -Setting up a game takes a long time and by the time you're done, there's no guarantee that the map will be viable UNTIL you scan the map which, again, takes FOREVER. So you set up a game, scan it, find there's no where to park your rocket and then you have to DO IT ALL AGAIN. -Your support of the mod community is a joke. That modders have to fix your game is an insult to your players. We paid money for a functioning game and you gave us cr@p and told us it was a feature. VERDICT This game is a waste of time. A frustration simulator. Your time is better spend slamming a car door shut on your head. Play Frostpunk 2 or Tropico.
they scammed us ! i enjoyed playing the old game , so they removed it instead of fixing it , they "Relaunched" a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version as a new game and they delisted the old game this is a real scam and garbage move from paradox in my opinion and if i had a single dollar in that company id sell it !!!! DONT BUY THIS GAME !!! NOT RECOMMENDED , Dont buy any paradox game unless they fix their ♥♥♥♥ and apologize for it !!!
Glad to see a studio hand off a game for a relaunch (remaster) to another studio that has their heart in the work. That said, the new graphics, content, and discount for previous owners aside. A lot of the old bugs are still there. Not all, but too many to be a real relaunch. Can't speak to the new content, but said to see such a long timeline for the DLCs not closer to the relaunch date. Modding I have heard seems to be slightly easier. Besides fixing the bugs (which they didn't for at least half) and the new graphics and a small political system, it would have been nice to see some other adds. More building variations for those that do not currently have a second option or more for the housing specifically. You will hear, "Drone Work Load is Heavy," you have been warned. If you were waiting, I'd wait longer, maybe until the 1st DLC is out and they have finally fixed a lot more of the bugs.
