Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 7 → 24.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome home! The award-winning sci-fi city builder is back - remastered, expanded, and more stunning than ever. Your mission: colonize Mars and survive the process, from exploration and infrastructure to welcoming human colonists and achieving long-term stability. There are new challenges to overcome, new strategies to plan, and now with an upgraded look and feel for a new generation of explorers.
All you need for this relaunched mission to create a thriving Martian settlement is a steady supply of resources, oxygen, decades of training, experience with sandstorms… and a curious attitude to discover the purpose of those weird black cubes that appeared out of nowhere. With a bit of sprucing up, this place is going to be awesome!
Surviving Mars: Relaunched brings together the original colony management game from Haemimont Games, its entire catalogue of expansions, improved and reworked, from major expansions to cosmetics and radio stations, as well as the all-new Martian Assembly update. Upgraded graphics together with updated UI will give veteran players the definitive Surviving Mars experience, and provide an ideal launch point for new commanders as well.
Are you ready? Mars is waiting for you.
The new Martian Assembly brings an expanded endgame challenge never seen in the original. Shape your Martian society through laws. Balance the needs and demands of your colonists, keep the peace and develop a long-term plan for Mars - up to and including independence from Earth!

Building a thriving colony on a planet not fit for human life brings its own challenges. Construct life-support systems, power grids, domes, and supply chains, and keep them running, because blackouts on a planet without oxygen are never a good idea. And you’re not alone. With the included ‘Space Race’ expansion, rival colonies backed by competing sponsors add even more pressure as you fight for resources and the future of Mars.

Balance critical resources like oxygen, water, power, and food to keep your colony alive. Drones build and maintain your infrastructure, while the revamped ‘Martian Express’ adds trains that move people and supplies across longer distances. Every colonist has their own needs and behaviors and smart management is essential for their survival.

Advance your colony through a deep research system that unlocks new buildings, production methods, and essential upgrades. Discover breakthroughs, resources, and hidden secrets reaching ‘Below & Beyond’ the Martian surface. With randomized maps, varied sponsors, and unpredictable Mysteries, every playthrough offers new challenges, and every decision shapes your story of survival and growth on Mars.

Terraforming is no longer a distant dream, it’s your next challenge. With the included ‘Green Planet’ expansion, you can engineer Mars into a more habitable world. As the environment transforms, introduce animal life with ‘Project Laika’, bringing the first creatures to thrive alongside your colonists. The future of Mars isn’t just survival, it’s building a self-sustaining, living planet.

Still more bugs than functional stuff. Nearly unplayable for me so far, and no word about a fix. Graphical bugs make the experience way worse than the original (which I loved vanilla).
Wer das alte hat, brauch sich das neue nicht zu kaufen. Es sind die selben Bugs auch hier im Spiel. Paradox melkt seine Kunden weiter.

No disable edge scroll option available! I am very handicapped. My mouse cursor always rests at the bottom of the screen, so I can't have edge scrolling. I was really looking forward to revisiting Surviving Mars, been in my to do list forever. ОБОСРАНЫЙ ПЕРЕЖЁВАННЫЙ КАЛЛЛ
Many people seem to have many issues with the game, and I'm not going to lie - it has some weird design choices that have carried over from the OG. I bought this because I loved the OG and I never got to play the underground DLC as that was a whole separate thing but it being combined with the main gameplay as well as the asteroids, made me want to replay the game. If you like to have your hand held when playing a game, this isn't it. Once you get used to it, it kinda makes sense and it's nothing too complex, but it does have a learning curve. At one point where you go underground and start going to the asteroids it can get a bit too much as there's so much happening in all places at once, especially with the new political system. The Good: It’s a fun game; I won’t lie there. There’s a lot to the game, a single playthrough can take you dozens of hours if you want to complete everything. It is worth the money even with the bugs and weird anti-QOL choices. There’s 2 additional DLCs planned for next year, so I am very curious to see what they have planned for the game. I hope that in the time they work on QOL and bug fixes. Overall, it’s a nice optimisation and improvement from the original, but it can be great with some additional improvements that I’m sure (he says) the devs will focus in implementing and improving. The Bad: The main issue I have with the game is the stupidly annoying rockets system. Oh. My. God. Is that thing not changed since the OG. How can you tell me that you can only 1 by 1 click on 100s of resources each ship you want to load. Like how does this pass QA and no one realise that this should not be a thing? At least allow us to, like you have in other places, ctrl + click to do at least 5 at a time. Same as the underground cargo system. I'm not a big fan of the new "political" system, maybe because I never bothered to delve into it that much and mostly just ignored it. If I did a new playthrough I'd probably pay a bit more attention to it. The light system in the underground is so bad. Why are the lights barely giving any light, and you either must try and build like 200 lights to just see or go in blind for the whole time you are down there. Also, Jumbo Cave Reinforcements has the clickbox of a rice grain. The game seriously needs to have a better way to land your ships on asteroids because some of them require you to play tetris and figure out which way to position your ship, which pentagon shape to position it on and pray that you get lucky because that thing is impossible to do. Also, every save or pop up will close whatever you were doing, and if you, like me save every sol (the game likes to randomly crash), it gets veeeery annoying. The resources being dropped in the underground where you cannot see what you are doing is so helpful because I really wanted to be playing a guessing game so I can get a rover to pick them up. I also have no idea how to increase my seats at the council, nor do they make it obvious how many seats you hold. It's also very helpful when something happens and you cannot figure out what the new thing is, so you must either 1 by 1 look at each build item or spend ages looking at your map. If someone can also explain to me why if you try to cancel a section of train tracks is just cancels the WHOLE thing, even if it's built? Like you'd think it'd work the same way electrical wires work, but no, that'd be too obvious and convenient. The design with the passages and domes is so hideous because the domes are massive, yet there's not an easy way to get people to go from one dome to another, especially if you have many domes. The system where you need humans to be operating certain buildings, is fine on its own, but when you have an external resource that needs a human, you now need to build a dome somewhere random, very very close to the resource to mine it, which is fine if the range of the dome was bigger, but it isn't so you need multiple domes or multiple times to move a dome and it's people to get anywhere in this game. The Bugs: There's of course a lot of bugs, there weren't any that are game breaking, at least for me they weren't. I encountered them towards the late game where I didn't care if I lost some resources or not. I had a ship get stuck with resources on an asteroid and it refused to offload, and I couldn't dismantle ship nor take off. A lot of the rubble in the underground just doesn't go away and resources sometimes just refuse to load onto a ship. I also had a bug where, which I'm quite certain remains from the OG, colonists get stuck in a dome without any homes, and refuse to move to another dome, and the only way I could find that you could move them (if they of course move), is 1 by 1, which is extremely long and annoying especially later in the game. I also had an issue where I had plenty of homes, but people were homeless and the game kept saying that I cannot take more colonists as there's no space, go figure. I’m at the stage in the game where I have 2k people, and like 500 are homeless because they seem to not know where they live, and if I have a dome for work and a dome for living, it just doesn’t work, which is quite stupid. There’s an issue with terrain landscaping, even if you flatten something, you still cannot build there. Sometimes when you remove a building you also cannot build where it was, so go figure. Opening the domes somehow made it so people couldn’t get access to food anymore, when I had 20k, with easy access next to the domes. Buildings will break and for no clear reason your drones will just stand there doing nothing. The resources should be available, yet no one wants to fix anything. There's also a bug with the large lake (or maybe all lakes, not sure, only built large) where drones and rovers just get stuck in it. The Can-Do-Better: It’d be nice if you had an easy way to see overall storage capacity per resource too. Once you are done with terraforming Mars, you’d think you are done with the buildings, but apparently you still need them to keep at 100%. Go figure. There really should be a UI toggle to just delete buildings, rather than doing it 1 by 1. You should be able to sync both Elevators rather than having to manually 1 by 1 set up the res you want in each. I especially like it when the elevator gets destroyed so you must set it up again. A lot of the QOL in the game comes from mods, like the Passage Hub, or the Mega Dumping Site. But having mods disables achievements. I refuse to play this game without the mods because the devs made some very lazy and questionable decisions. I do like the game, but I really hope they work on bug fixes and QOL changes because some of these things should not be in a 2025 game that's a remake/remaster of a 2018 game. Verdict: I would recommend the game to people, but they should also be aware it’s not perfect and there are many design flaws and bugs that may ruin the game for you, depending on how bad the bug is. Also, find a good auto-clicker to save your finger, trust me. If you can, best get it during a sale, but either way, I think it's worth it and truly hope Paradox fix the issues. They already have fixed some, but it's not enough.
As a returning player i really wanted to like this relaunch, alas I cannot. It is still the original one with a little more graphic polish and some nice additional mechanics (now we got train, undergrounds, asteroid mining) however most of the original problems are still there or worsened (drones missing resupply, colonist dying crossing the entire map for unknown reasons, minimal interaction between rivals,...). I will continue playing the game and probably mod it but as for now i cannot recommend it - it is not a relaunch, it is a reskin. I hope that future patches will allow me to change this feedback.
This game is HORRIBLE, so many glitches, bugs, and the main annoyance to me is you can't disable notifications, like 'You have a heavy workload!' or 'Insufficient resources!' when you have inf resources enabled.
Unfortunately, as with most paradox games, it just isn't in a playable state. There are some minor bugs I was willing to overlook, but now the main questline is stuck. I researched the cure for a pademic, but unfortunately the technology does not give you the cure, it is supposed to be a trigger for an event that gives you the cure that just never fires.
I had a feeling there would be bugs, but that didn't stop me from trying to enjoy the game. After 380 sol's in (100+hrs), the game crashed hard. Now, whenever I load the game, within a few seconds in the main menu, the game crashes/closes. I have completely reinstalled, verified the installation files, nothing has worked. There is nothing wrong with my PC, all other games working normally.
