About
"Supermarket Simulator" is a chill first-person simulation where every detail of running a supermarket comes alive.
Design your store, optimizing for efficiency and aesthetics. Determine where products are displayed, manage your aisles, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for your customers.
Order stock using an in-game computer. Unpack goods, organize them in your storage room and place them on shelves, fridges, and freezers.
Scan items, take cash and credit card payments, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their shopping and checkout experience.
Navigate the complexities of a real-time market. Buy products when prices dip and determine the best-selling prices to balance customer satisfaction with profit margins.
As you accumulate profits, consider reinvesting. Expand your store's physical space, upgrade interiors, and continually adapt to the evolving demands of the retail world.

Personalize your shop to make it unique. Customize the floors, paint the walls, put up category signs, and more.

Not every customer visits your store in person. Receive online orders, prepare the packages, and deliver them yourself.

Tired of paying delivery fees or searching for discounts? Visit local markets to find the best deals.

Make your store shine. Clean the floor, take out the trash, and polish the windows to keep everything squeaky clean.

Not everyone is a paying customer. Use security tools like cameras and alarm sensors, or hire security guards to protect your store from shoplifters.

Supermarket Simulator lets you team up with up to four friends to run your store. Stock shelves, serve customers, fulfill online orders, manage deliveries, and expand your market, all while working together in real time. From driving trucks to cleaning up and setting prices, teamwork is the key to growing a successful supermarket.
In "Supermarket Simulator", every decision matters. Will you rise to the occasion, transforming a modest establishment into a retail powerhouse, all while balancing customer satisfaction, and finances?

Reviews
I played Supermarket Simulator throughout its beta and absolutely loved it. It was one of those rare indie games that I couldn’t wait to recommend. The gameplay loop was addictive, the steady updates were exciting, and I was looking forward to supporting the full release. Unfortunately, the launch completely changed my opinion. Instead of simply releasing the finished game, the developer immediately introduced seven paid DLC packs, ranging from $1.99 to $6.99, that add nothing but product skins. Individually they may seem inexpensive, but together they create the feeling that content has been carved out to be sold separately on day one. For a game that built its reputation during Early Access, this left a bad taste in my mouth. It feels less like supporting an indie developer and more like the beginning of a microtransaction strategy that I simply don’t want to encourage. The core game is still enjoyable, but the monetization has fundamentally changed how I view it. What was once a must-buy has become an avoid for me—not because of the gameplay, but because of the direction the developer chose to take. I hope the developer reconsiders this approach, because there is still a great game underneath it.

> Open Supermarket > Buys baseball bat > Beats the ♥♥♥♥ out of everyone who walks by > Police ignore me > Boot up game 10/10 would commit assault again
Markiplier's obsession with this game is why I bought it, and I understand. Truly I do. The only complaint I have is that it's weirdly laggy on my PC, even though it shouldn't be. It's probably some settings I need to mess with. Anyway. Is this my favorite shop sim? No. Is it a good one, though? 100%.
Fun for a few hours. Gets repetitive. Dev releases 6 paid DLCs that could've just been updates. Bugs and performance are never even fixed. Oh, and, don't listen to the dev, the game "art" is 100% AI with no disclosure on the store page. This game is a ♥♥♥♥ cash grab. I wish it never got popular. I wish I never bought it.
Was fun at first but now they have unnecessary DLC that should be just simple little updates for a regular one simulator game. I really dislike games that do this. I wish I never bought it to be honest.
This game is highly addictive. I played it solo for awhile but since the multiplayer update I've enjoyed it even more. There's nothing like running a supermarket with your bestie and throwing boxes of product across the street because you don't want to pay the shipping prices. Very fun alone - better with friends!
The blatant use of AI for the artwork alone makes me regret buying this (even if the game was FREE i would avoid it for that alone), The DLC which just feels like normal game updates but paywalled instead makes me regret it even further. Avoid at all costs.
