SUPERHOT is the smash-hit FPS where time moves only when you move. No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It's you, alone, outnumbered and outgunned. Snatch weapons from fallen enemies to shoot, slice and dodge through a truly cinematic hurricane of slow-motion bullets.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 8 → 6.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The concept of time slowing down when you stop is interesting, but I really don't think it was implemented in a way that's very meaningful. Most of the late game shootouts are only challenging because there's an abundance of enemies and you're placed into extremely compromised positions, but the issue with having too many enemies on the screen at once is that the game forces you to slow down significantly to have any hope of surviving, so shootouts transform into tests of patience as opposed to problem solving. I think this game's mechanics could make for an extremely interesting, higher velocity puzzle game, but as it stands, the final product really isn't that great. The story is annoying, mostly because most of the dialogue is unskippable. Again, the idea of slowing being assimilated into a viral hive mind is interesting, but the execution is obnoxiously slow paced because of forced waits. Just let me shoot the red guys, please. Would I recommend it? No. Do I hope that game developers use what this game brought to the table in the future? Absolutely.

PROS + unique concept, story, and gameplay + great gameplay + it is not too hard CONS - PC (menu) interface looks ugly - story could be deeper, more developed NEUTRAL ° the base game is short (2-3h), rest are challenges, endless mode, and speedruns
I played this game for the first time near its release. So to replay it was a nice bit of nostalgia. But while the combat is novel and fun, the story is so hard to get through. It's constant smugness with how smart it thinks it is, and the amount of times you are locked in to a large amount of nonsense. As a player of a novel shooter mechanic, you just want to play, and to have extended sections maybe about the nature of conciousness? I don't care. Geeza, I just wanna look cool in slo mo.
