I CANT SEE ANYTHING. NO MANUAL CAMERA SUCKS AND THE CONTRAST BETWEEN LEVEL AND BACKGROUND ON SEVERAL WORLDS IS POOR.
This is a mediocre game turned into a decent/good game in this remastered edition. This was originally on the Wii using motion controls and it was awful, now that analog controls are allowed natively, it's a fun time. I'd still get Banana Mania over this one everyday, but if you have completed that one or simply want more Monkey Ball, this one does not disappoint. 6/10 I completed this one and would not recommend to get all the medals. The reward that you get from all your effort is not worth it imo, but it was fun to complete up until world 10.

Sega never updates their Monkey Ball games and Banana Mania really badly needs an update/patch on Steam.

Playing this after Mania felt like a direct downgrade. The boss battles, despite being creative, aren't anything special & not being able to control the camera is egregious. However, I bought this for more SMB content & I got what I wanted out of Blitz.

not my monkey ball. no manual camera, terrible controls that would mark the beginning of the end of sega caring about control in monkey ball games. replaced music. avoid.
Worst monkey ball game ever, even the wii version had charm. The camera is worse?? in this version?? They replaced all the good music with trash, and they decided to make levels harder, not in an authentic, natural way, in a way that's dumb and stupid. Just because this doesn't have motion controls. At least they kept sinking swamp and ultra heaven. Not to mention they forced us to buy this game so we could get mania which STILL didn't hold up to the original games.
