Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 14 → 1.6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

having a blast with my friends and i'd love for couch co-op games like this to be the norm. the variety for mission is surprising
This was an absolute blast to play! As a heavy board game enjoyer, it was really relaxing to play a game like Gloomhaven without any setup. I did one playthrough with my gf, and will do (at least) another one with my board game gang. I really like the couch co-op style and hope we'll be getting a sequel or similar.

gutes Spiel mit Familie und für Freunden!!!
My partner is a mobile gamer and so this was the first game we have put hours into together... GREAT!
Pro: ) The ability to rename characters, objects and locations offers many hilarious moments when played with friends or family. 2) The ability to use phones as controllers. More precisely, only one person needs to buy the game and project it on a screen. The others connect via QR and watch the screen either physically or via share screen. It's an interesting and budget option (Does not require controllers or a number of x copies of the game). 3) The game is family-friendly; Cute animal animations and an easy-to-understand story. Accessible to people who are not used to board games. 4) Puzzle-type missions such as: Tower Defense or Ally Rescue. In addition, some missions have hidden side missions. 5) Interactions with other characters create affinities or antipathies which improves the otherwise quite generic story a little. 6) The city upgrade system, simple but interesting. Con: Generic story. I like this a lot more than Gloomhaven digital. It is fun and family friendly. First missions are free so you should try it.
Oh I absolutely ADORE this game!!! I had been waiting months for it to go and sale and had gotten it around December 2025. This has the perfect singleplayer experience and was a great way for me to satisfy my DND craving without having to figure out complicated scheduling haha! Every part of this is spectacular, from the gorgeously handdrawn cards, the detailed 3D graphics, the immersive voice acting (most of which was done by the talented Anjali Bhimani!!!), and the addicting gameplay!!! I've literally poured in about 40 hours into this game in just two weeks!! (which is probably low for other people but pretty high for me LOL) The only thing I wish this game added was some kind of endless mode after the main campaign ended or some kind of way to replay quests with the items and characters you've built over hours of playing. Also, a way to have a final chat with the characters I got attached to at the end of the campaign would be really nice!! We get to chat to them right before the final battle but I was hoping to get a chance to talk to them all one last time before the whole story ended. Then again, I just really want more of this game XD I could easily sink in another 90 hours if they added a DLC or another story set in this universe! I genuinely haven't had a game quite capture my interest as much as this one and I can say without any doubt that every penny I spent on this was worth it!! Such a stunning game and I can't wait to see more from this studio! <333
Excellent for those times when you need a turn based tactical RPG combat fix without the extensive trappings of narrative and story from typical CRPGs
Game is very easy to pick up and play. The card based structure for abilities is very straightforward and clear about exactly what series of actions you can take when played. The art style and animations are very solid and the voice acting is pretty good too. Personally I very much enjoy the physics based elements of combat like the ability to push, throw, or teleport enemies for positioning purposes as well as just straight up killing them by moving them off the map/board. Have to be careful with it though, as enemies can do the same to you. At least your own champions can come back with half health instead of being instantly killed when being thrown off the map or down a hole. Definitely a bit on the pricey side for my taste, but hey, we all know how to wait for a sale so it's never a big deal for long.
Please, korean language support!!!
Ok.. so theres a very specific reason Im giving this a "do not recommend" rather than a "Do recommend" I like almost everything about the game. except the combat. and thats not to say that the combat is bad, it just feels... like a bait and switch. I was hoping it might be a bit more scrappy. a bit more dnd and a bit less.. mtg. Every fight is a puzzle fight. every mechanic is a puzzle mechanic and I was honestly worn out on it in short fashion. I can't imagine it gets any better once the game gets further on and gets "harder" so after about 3 hours of playing with friends, we all kinda agreed.. it feels more like work than fun. I'd probably push through if it was a solo endeavour but with it being enforced multiplayer? eh...
