Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Stoneshard is a challenging turn-based RPG set in an open world. Experience the unforgiving life of a medieval mercenary: travel across the war-torn kingdom, fulfill contracts, fight, mend your wounds and develop your character without any restrictions.
There’s no hand-holding, and the game will punish you for your mistakes: you’ll have to carefully prepare for each expedition, plan your actions in advance, and weigh your resources against possible risks. Saving can only be done in certain spots, so each wrong move can potentially lead to a swift death and lost progress.

Open World
War always leaves its mark: villages lie in ruins, dungeons are infested with monsters, and old roads are abandoned. Travel through Aldor and learn more about its past.
Caravan
Gather your own caravan to travel the world. Acquire upgrades for it and recruit followers - their knowledge and skills will likely benefit you along the way. Feeling weary? Return to your camp to hear new stories or just rest by the fire.
Economy
The wartime economy is ruthless, but it also presents many opportunities: fulfill contracts, hunt for treasure, trade in a variety of goods, and travel the land to earn your fortune.

Character Development
Experiment with 200+ abilities and 400+ equipment pieces without any class or level restrictions. Create your very own playstyle!
Enemy Variety
Take part in intense battles against numerous factions. Brigands, abominable cults, the undead - all of them require a unique approach.
Tactical Battles
Only the thoughtful ones shall prevail - plan a few turns ahead, adapt to your surroundings, and fully utilize your character’s strengths.

Health System
Master the simple but deep health system: cauterize bleeding wounds, relieve pain with alcohol and drugs, practice bloodletting and heal your maladies with various concoctions.
Psyche
Different in-game situations have a distinct influence on your character’s mental condition. High morale may turn the tide in your favor when fighting even the most hopeless of battles, while low sanity brings panic attacks and paranoia.
Permadeath
Do you like risk? Then try out the Ironman mode, where every decision is irreversible and your character dies once and for all.
New Content
Additional settlements, enemy factions, and even more activities, equipment, and abilities.
Main Story
To solve the mystery of Stoneshards, you’ll have to undertake a long journey full of dangers, hardships, and adventures. What choices will you make in this bleak world?

After restarting twice, I chose Hilda, and my Bone Charm, which I had left in a wooden crate at the inn early on... I didn't know it would be permanently deleted at set intervals. I had already spent at least two or three days grinding through the early game, and finally, I searched online for ways to retrieve the Bone Charm, but to no avail. I can tolerate being inexplicably killed by a strange monster in the dungeon, the graveyard, or anywhere else, losing all my time and experience; I understand that's hardcore. But I can't accept that there's no way to retrieve such an important item for character. I had already played through the content in the before version, and I know there's more content now, and the graphics are still great, but there's still no proper support for the joystick (the way the joystick is simulated as a mouse isn't true). I think I'll continue playing someday, but I don't recommend it.
I really hate to love this game and really love to hate you guys (DEV team). This is an 90s era nostalgia graphic and playstyle monster. I really love the mechanics, maybe the save system a little bit annoying but its ok i guess for an souls like 2d open world masterpiece in the workings. I cant w8 to see more until the 1.0 edition, i hope for a little bit of acoustic dialogue because i cant read everything. Maybe a touch of more life in the world, as example the city that i work there to talk about me after some contracts there or the work that ive done there. I still have time to play this game so maybe after some more playthroughs to come back for more feedback
One positive aspect worth mentioning is the graphics. I really like the dark and gritty atmosphere of this world. I also appreciate that the game seems to be fairly complex and offers quite a lot of depth when it comes to attributes and character progression. Unfortunately, I really dislike the way movement works, and I honestly don't understand why they decided to implement it this way. It simply doesn't feel very comfortable or intuitive. Various interactions with cabinets and other containers are also unnecessarily annoying. For example, whenever you interact with a cabinet, your inventory automatically opens, and you then have to manually close it again. It's only a small issue, but since you spend a lot of time exploring and looting, it becomes quite frustrating after a while. The first quest, where you have to go to the fort and take down the leader, is far too difficult in my opinion. You're forced to fight against a large number of enemies, sometimes several at once, and you barely have a chance to survive. I actually really like the fact that the game is challenging, but at the moment it doesn't feel properly balanced. Since this is the very first quest, I don't think I'm simply underleveled for it either. Overall, I'm very curious to see how this game develops. I hope they add some quality-of-life improvements and make some adjustments to the balancing. I'll definitely keep an eye on its development and check it out again later.
