Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Stoneshard is a challenging turn-based RPG set in an open world. Experience the unforgiving life of a medieval mercenary: travel across the war-torn kingdom, fulfill contracts, fight, mend your wounds and develop your character without any restrictions.
There’s no hand-holding, and the game will punish you for your mistakes: you’ll have to carefully prepare for each expedition, plan your actions in advance, and weigh your resources against possible risks. Saving can only be done in certain spots, so each wrong move can potentially lead to a swift death and lost progress.

Open World
War always leaves its mark: villages lie in ruins, dungeons are infested with monsters, and old roads are abandoned. Travel through Aldor and learn more about its past.
Caravan
Gather your own caravan to travel the world. Acquire upgrades for it and recruit followers - their knowledge and skills will likely benefit you along the way. Feeling weary? Return to your camp to hear new stories or just rest by the fire.
Economy
The wartime economy is ruthless, but it also presents many opportunities: fulfill contracts, hunt for treasure, trade in a variety of goods, and travel the land to earn your fortune.

Character Development
Experiment with 200+ abilities and 400+ equipment pieces without any class or level restrictions. Create your very own playstyle!
Enemy Variety
Take part in intense battles against numerous factions. Brigands, abominable cults, the undead - all of them require a unique approach.
Tactical Battles
Only the thoughtful ones shall prevail - plan a few turns ahead, adapt to your surroundings, and fully utilize your character’s strengths.

Health System
Master the simple but deep health system: cauterize bleeding wounds, relieve pain with alcohol and drugs, practice bloodletting and heal your maladies with various concoctions.
Psyche
Different in-game situations have a distinct influence on your character’s mental condition. High morale may turn the tide in your favor when fighting even the most hopeless of battles, while low sanity brings panic attacks and paranoia.
Permadeath
Do you like risk? Then try out the Ironman mode, where every decision is irreversible and your character dies once and for all.
New Content
Additional settlements, enemy factions, and even more activities, equipment, and abilities.
Main Story
To solve the mystery of Stoneshards, you’ll have to undertake a long journey full of dangers, hardships, and adventures. What choices will you make in this bleak world?

6+ years into early access devlopement and they just realeased a 11$ dlc. Greedy devs ask for more while they still hvnt delivered what they promised years ago. I heavely recommend to keep your money until / IF it ever gets officially released.
Bought the game 6 years ago and it's still not finished... Steam should really consider putting a time limit on how long devs can keep a game in early access for.

early access ♥♥♥♥ game release second supporter pack and wants you to buy it on top of the already existing supporter pack. REPORT GAME.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME OUR IT'LL RUIN YOUR MOOD. Save game mechanic is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. Lost hours of progress after a "Save & Exit" of the game ... when I went back later I had sound glitches, so I quickly ALT-F4'ed to fix that, only to find that NOW ALL MY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PROGRESS HAS BEEN WIPED. Who in their right mind would implement that counter intuitive garbage. It serves absolutely no purpose (anyone who wants to savescum can do that anyway), it only bumshafts casual players that want to spend a few hours here and there on what could otherwise be an interesting game.
To be honest, at the current state of the game, there isn't much "main storyline" to enjoy yet, it's going to be mostly taking contracts, clear our dungeons, do commerce, hunt, and all of those gameplay loops until you get bored or something. The game itself though... very beautiful! Great pixel art, I especially love the little details on character and item sprites; The combat is pretty complex, the game gives you a lot of skill trees to mix and match; And the game is very hardcore, you have to actually prepare for battles: Bring enough food, bring enough meds (not just one type of healing, you need to consider bleeding, injury, pain and other psyche heals too), keep your morale high, stay sane, etc. Out of food? You can try foraging/hunting for food. Low on money but can't afford to do contracts yet? Try hunting games to sell furs/pelts/trophies or trade commodities. I'd love to see more updates as the game feels like it lacks A LOT of story, it feels like we only reached chapter 2 plus a substory, but I'd still recommend the game for the amount of things you can enjoy at the moment.
Just read all the negative reviews (both current and dated). They all mention the same complaints. I tried, I really did, and now I am left with nothing but regret over the fact that I spent money on a game I can't get myself to play and don't see myself playing for the forseeable future. I can't refund it, the window for that option has closed for me, but just know the development has felt like it is in shambles for a long time now from what I could see from the rest of the community. I don't mind the long development time, nor the fact that the game has been in early access for years now. Hell, I have project zomboid and love that game. Theoretically, this game should have a lot of reasons for me to fall in love with it, but it's just not worth it. The save system is absolutely gutting. Last I played, I was absolutely distraught at how often I would lose a large chunk of "walking" progress because I died. Why? Just why? Character creation. I bought this game with the idea that character creation (the ability to make your own custom build) would be an option in the not so far future. Oh boy, if I could go back. Forget it. You only have a select few options for characters that lock your initial stats, unless you decide to manually mod it. It's unforgiving and everytime I see it in my library I feel like I cheated myself from other games in my wishlist. I have had this game since 2022 and I only have around 5 hours of gameplay... Someone might argue that I haven't played in a long time, but the fact that even the most recent reviews seem to echo these complaints means that it hasn't changed in these last few years.
game keeps getting better and better every update
