I originally played this game on Game Pass, so ignore how many hours I have. This is a great horror game. It has freaky monsters, excellent Scottish voice acting, top notch visuals and a good story. The setting is unique as well, so it's an easy recommendation from me.

Very atmospheric horror game with awesome sound design, voice acting and visuals. The story and the entity of the story reminds Cthulhu mythology and John Carpenter's classic horror movie The Thing - and only in a good way. Still Wakes the Deep is body horror that makes you think such a movie directors like David Cronenberg. Gameplay is quite linear, but so nicely detailed that it doesn't matter. Story and characters are well written, and player really cares about their past and how it all will end for them. Still Wakes the Deep includes some sneaking events, some quick time event, little bit of platforming and a hint of action. Mostly the action is running away from the entity, because as well as in Amnesia: The Dark Descent, you can not kill the monsters. Also the oil rig on the middle of aggressive North Sea is a great environment, and it is very well designed. If you enjoyed Alien: Isolation, Amnesia franchise and any such first person horror game, you will also enjoy this. Still Wakes the Deep is a hidden gem.
this game was probably the best game ive ever downloaded on steam the story, the voice acting, and just everything was amazing. the only bad part which was a personal problem my pc could bearly run it because i have an old pc, i had like 20 FPS. if yall have tips on what i should upgrade i attached my pc specs.
