Reviews
A nice continuation of the Gemini saga
Still amazing after all these years.
Reminds me of the old Freelancer style space sim, but with a bit of RTS conquest sprinkled on top.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A very cool mix of RTS or 4x depending on how you look at it, and in cockpit space combat. it's rough around the edges and combat was frustrating for me until I changed my view of what I was supposed to be doing. It's not really a dog fighter where you are lining up your shots and taking things down. It's more of sit and let the auto cannons do it's work while you manage your shields and speeds. Your not going to be steering the ship or doing risky maneuvers to avoid fire. Once I figured this out it made the game much easier to play and understand. It's a management space sim (like stellaris) of sorts with a third person view instead of managing from the top down. You are actually in combat assisted by your fleet and I love that. Forgot to add, it is VERY GRINDY.. OMG IS IT GRINDY.
Just feels bad and mediocre.
操作界面非常不顺手,视角很糟糕,UI要不找不见要不挡视线,比自由枪骑兵差远了。 并不推荐游玩
Decent game. UI is a bit confusing and controls aren't the best, but the gameplay is nice.
Thought I was going to love this game, for some reason...I didn't. It was just way too hard in ways that didn't make sense. I was doing the chapter missions on normal, and BOOM 8 ships out of no where jumped me...twice. Something isn't right or I'm not right for this game. refunded.
I like space opera genre and I like the predecessor of this game (Starpoint Gemini 2), but Warlords is just poor attempt at 4x strategy. When you unlock some endgame ship (dreadnought or carrier) you will be familiar with everything this game has to offer and you will realise that there's just nothing left to keep you playing. The game lacks depth and is just too easy and repetitive (no matter the difficulty setting). Stupid AI, boring story line with annoying characters, technical issues, lack of basic features that you will expect from a strategy game. For example diplomacy is just barebones, almost non existent; you can declare war or offer a trade deal. That's it. No proper diplomacy window accessible from map, only some reputation window under some other nonsensical window in menu. I like how the game looks (original ships designs, stations, nebulae), I like some game mechanics (capturing ships), but it's just not enough. I also realise this is indie developer project, but again, it's simply not enough. 4/10
Перевод на русский ужасен настолько, насколько это вообще возможно. Мне кажется, даже 8 лет назад автопереводчики вполне могли выдать текст получше, а тут получилось редкостное убожество. В лучших традиция охлаждения траханья углепластик.
