Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.8/day in the week to Jul 17 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Starground is a top-down automation dungeon crawler combo. Alternate between gathering and refining resources on your home planet, and venturing across space to fight through action roguelite-inspired dungeons. How you split your time is entirely up to you! There's no right way to play the game, and any path will progress the story.
Starground was built up with multiplayer from the beginning. Experience what Starground has to offer as a full co-operative experience with as many friends as you'd like. Invite your friends to work towards common goals, or divide and conquer each part of the game. If multiplayer isn't your thing though, you can play alone in single player too!
Develop and maximize an island of resources through automation. Work your way through a research tree filled with all sorts of unique machines and solutions to your logistical needs. Start humble by mining resources by hand and smelting manually, but soon build up to a formidable factory that can tackle anything you can throw at it.
If you're not into automation, or need to wait for your factory, then venture to other places in the solar system to explore and crawl your way through a variety of dungeons. Battle enemies, avoid obstacles, kill bosses, and reap the rewards of your effort. Take resources from dungeons back to your factory, or use rare loot to make yourself stronger and craft modular weapons. Make a spear, dual-bladed sword, or maybe a gun on a stick. The choice is yours.
Be sure to add Starground to your Wishlist!

After sink 22hours in less than 4 days, i cant join friend game anymore. Stuck on loading screen forever, sometime crash even. Saw a review from mid 2025 said this happen. too bad... i didnt look at the reviews before all of this Edit: dev somehow hot patch just after i post the view, magically i can join my friend again hahahaha Edit: cant join friend again Edit: contacted the dev, they really cool, the problem was OF(only fish) and they did push a experimental version to test it out.
One of my Favourite games , and it makes so much fun. But for around 14 dollar? I dont like the price and what you get. You get a nice World , starting with learning the game, playing for 5 hours straight and building youre nice World, the time you upgraded a little , you got so many more options to improve youre buildings. Dungeon: The Dungeon is small, i never visiting it bcs it gets basically 0 Updates, or i cant find them. Its a fight against the same boss again and again. I would first get the Demo, play it 3 hours like i did. Than get the official game. I got the official game on release, it was like 8 dollar, theres now more features but not enought in my opinion to add 5 dollar to the Price. But i still love this game, its in my personal #5.

This is a fun game! But quite a bit unfinished yet, which is to be expected for Early Access. The developers have built a pretty solid foundation that I could see going off into a lot of fun different directions, I hope they keep working it. As it sits right now, it's pretty good, but a bit sparse. It plays a lot like Nova Lands, and while that game is quite a bit more polished than this game, this game has improved on several of the mechanics that I didn't care for in Nova Lands. In terms of play breadth, Nova wins, but in terms of "enjoyability", Starground wins. One of the most important factors in a game like this for me is "intuitiveness". Is it something you can pick up just by playing, or do you need to rely on wikis and youtube videos to even get started? In that regard, I'd rate it at about a B- at the moment. You can figure most things out on your own but some will take some frustration until you finally see what you need to see. If it had a bit more robust tooltip system, or a dictionary/guidebook it would feel a lot more intuitive. Also the online wiki is a little out of date and sparse. That is honestly my only complaint, and it's not even really that bad. I've played many games like this that were so incredibly more difficult to get the hang of. I think if the developers just put on a fresh coat of polish (and some additional content) this could become one of the next big things. It really is a lot of fun, not buggy, the music is awesome, it's chill, not ridiculously difficult. All things considered I very much enjoyed playing this through and can't wait to see what comes next!
tremenda obra maestra 20/10 y god
for me, game is fun especially when playing with other that had exact coordination sense, but.. because this game still on early access phase, there not much content yet.. ig ?
Starground is a good experience, and I expect a lot more from it in the future. I like adventure and automation game like forager & nova lands. Here is my feedback - The worlds are generated so we can easily replay them. Our main world should be different, but this will not change anything for the other two planets, which are accessible and automatable and have no landforms. - Dungeons are generated each time too to avoid going to the same one. - I didn't do much fighting part, but they are two fighting mod, one with firearm and the other with sword (and bomb), simple fighting mod. You can make some potions, such as strength potions, and eat food to restore health. - Didn't play the multiplayer mod, so can't say much of it, but still have a multiplayed mod - I saw that there is an item (a feeder, I think) to attract animals. I haven't tried it, but in any case, we don't see any animals naturally (can spawn them with eggs that we can buy at the space center). - Mods support, still pretty new but I can't wait to see the mods that will be created over time (hopefully the game will become popular enough to have a bunch of them). - The different planets are really different from each other and are needed to advance - The automation system is pretty good - At the end, with your last objective, you get the blueprint that allows you to copy a construction area you've already made, although you have to provide the materials. - You can probably find a lots of ressources in dungeon than you don't find anywhere, you may also find weapons maybe, not sure but I hope they are more varied weapon style or just variation - You can customize your character in the menu. - Some custom character are to unlock with "april fool battle pass" who are a 1 april joke and only accessible that day. (6/14 skins are april fool joke skin) Cons and bugs part - You respawn at the rocket's landing zone, which is your arrival zone, and not at your last location before disconnecting. So either you recreate your little boat each time (which doesn't cost much), or you return to your starting island (in my case, I had several islands in my generation). - No Story - Tried to play with my xbox one controller, a disaster, the game need the mouse to be on it even if you play with a controller. Otherwise, the game will not detect inputs, but with the mousse placed ont it, obviously the if you move using the joycon, the moment where you release it, it will take back the mosse position. [bug] - Sometime, your laser can't target the rail anymore and target the middle of the screen, at first i through it was a problem and removing the rail in placing myself in top (because they are no problem in that case), but in reality it don't happen every time and if you select your weapon/tool again, then the problem will disappear. I didn't see it at first because I hadn't made an arm yet or had another tool. [bug] - Lack armor or other protective mean for fighting, also you can be poisonned in dungeon. - The space hub is actually pretty empty, you can sell your item for gold, buy some weapons but not a lot, buy fishing related stuf, didn't do much fishing since not really needed. buy apple and cheese, buy basic ressources and buy animals egg (2 types) and rubygrain. - I would like to have more automations and recipes for fishing / animals. - More means of transportation, including a jetpack to fly over certain structures or rails without getting stuck (now, boat and skateboard available). - Add more planets but also add a long term for the current planets, I only used the gas planet to meet the prerequisites and unlock other recipes/ constructs. It woul be good to have the need to come back after unlocking new technology to exploit another materials. - Add achievements - Also sometime the mover don't do it's work correctly when created the system, making the need to recreate it. Not sure where the problem comes from. But, it don't change that much since you are still in the building process. [bug] - The dungeon part is actually pretty detached of the automation part, I honestly didn't do much of it (and I need to get used to it again, because I die a lot). they are nothing needed in the dungeon for the automation part so you can skip it if you don't want do to it. - It would be nice to have a panel showing how much energy you produce and how much you consume. Probably much more This game is a good game, I recommand it, BUT don't buy it to play with a controller. Excited to see how the game evolves.
Pretty easy to understand, simple controls, I like it
