Command or corrupt an entire galaxy in the definitive Star Wars strategy collection. It is a time of galactic civil war. Will you take up the reins of the Rebellion, assume control of the Empire, or rule the Star Wars Underworld?

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.14/day in the week to Sep 12 → 7/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

amazing stuff a very classic game that is good for all players
pretty fun game but if you play as the empire the resistence will completely bombarde you with fleets and you might get mad
STAR WARS !
i love starwars
TL:DR; A good if very dated star wars strategy game, Space combat got all the love. Quite an active modding scene even all these years later. It's odd how we've never had more than a scant handful of strategic games set in the Star Wars universe. Not like it isn't built for it with the ludicrous plethora of unit types, unique terrains and hero units. Despite both Land and Space theatres being available and equally important to victory, the space one is clearly the better designed of the two. Larger ships have vital points you can damage or disable to effect how they fight, whereas ground battles tend towards sending a large blob of your troops at the enemy. The galaxy over-map is pretty standard, each planet has a limit on the number of buildings you can build- different buildings allow different unit drafting -and each planet also gives a unique bonus to either a unit or economic function. I like how only a handful of planets allow you to build the most powerful units on them, it creates natural inclinations towards where you build up defences and deploy armies from in an otherwise very open map. It's oddly not turn based, but I recommend slowing the speed down greatly anyway to assist unless you're waiting for a fleet to move between systems. There's only two factions (not including the pirates in the expansion pack), Rebels and Empire. They play exactly how you think they would. Rebels are more about speed and cunning, Empire is more about strength and direct action. If its been in a movie, a book or an action figure, it's probably here somewhere as a unit. I like the way you can bring an army of any size to battle, but can only actively use a certain amount of them. Army makeup is very important for winning your fights, and the ability to set up then bring in reinforcements is vital for success. Retreating single units mid-battle can't be done for some reason. You either win the battle with what you call in, get them killed, or retreat with the whole army at once. I think these days Sins of a Solar Empire's Star Wars modding scene has more or less completely taken over from this game. That's not to say the two games are the same, only that SoaSE did quite well with its space combat, and it led naturally for modders to reflavour it to their liking.
