Reviews
was a quick cash grab
Game is no longer supported by the publisher. Online play does not exist, despite indication that it does, game is a scam and should be removed from the service.
I played through 7 or 8 games as the main factions. The game still has a few bugs and balancing issues. However, it can still be played and enjoyed despite these.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

as a base game it is ok, but there is no depth and the replayability is slim to nil, and I personally find it disappointing in the extreme that the publisher did not even support the game for a year after release they should be ashamed for taking advantage.i own it i have not requested a refund (far outside the parameters of that) so i will own it and continue to check and see what hope is offered by the modding community as it gives them a solid star trek themed base to work with but as far as i see it there is no other reason to own this shell of a game.
Absolut schlecht.
Another disappointing failure on a new-launched title by Paradox. I'm really losing faith in the ability of the company to expand beyond a few key properties; perhaps that should be its focus. For myself, I don't expect to buy any brand-new Paradox titles until sometime well after launch day, when the reviews are truly in.
Seems ok to me? Not sure why the game has been review bombed as yet. Slimline Stellaris. The mod for that is good, but bulky. This seems like an official and lean way of enjoying Star Trek universe and Stellaris. Via a discount? Worth it IMHo
Target Paradox... FIRE!
I kept postponing getting this game because of the load of negative reactions. Being a ST fan ofcourse got me to buy it after all. I wanted to write this review after way more hours of gameplay, but one overwhelming fact about this game got me to write it now. And that fact is: This is Stellaris in a ST skin. No, not similar to Stellaris like i thought, exactly the same! You need to know that when considering to get this game. So ... Is it indeed a bad game? Hell no! Stellaris, and thus ST Infinite, is a great game. For so many reasons. If you are a ST fan and like Stellaris kind of games ... well then this sure is an interesting one to get.
Like many have said more eloquently than me... this game is a buggy mess and has horrible repeatability. It had so much potential... My biggest complaint with it's use of the Star Trek canon is the music. How did they get the rights for everything but the music?
