A simple to control puzzle game in which you move a cube with coloured sides to crush matching coloured plants and collect gems. The game is quite easy but does have a nice progression of difficulty and introduces new obstacles along the way. You can get through the game fairly quickly but getting 3* in all levels will give you more playtime and a much better challenge. It doesn't get frustrating when you fail to reach the 3 stars as it's fun to try figure out how you can do it better. I've had no problems playing but there's a few things that could improve the game such as a quicker reset and a few other features to make it more user friendly which are on the developers to do list. Overall I've enjoyed playing it and It's got a nice art style and the music is good too. I believe achievements are to be added so I'll be looking forwards to completing all of them when they're available. A decent game for anyone that likes puzzles and a more casual games. The price is reasonable for the amount of content there is however due to the simplicity and not having anything new to do after getting 3 stars in all levels some people may want to wait for a discount if money is a bit tight or prefer games to last much longer.

Square's Route is a game in which you control a cube within a mostly isometric world. The aim is to navigate throughout each level so that you squish the specified plants. To squish them, you must move over them with the plant's corresponding colour face down on the cube, however every time you move the cube, it will roll, causing the positions of the colours to change. While this may sound simple, it can get very difficult to work out. Square's Route is very well designed, introducing one new feature and challenge at a time, with level design that ensures you understand what is being introduced before you proceed. I never felt too overwhelmed, but it mixed up the gameplay and kept it interesting. Square's route is incredibly cute and full of charm. You should enjoy this game if you enjoy puzzles, planning ahead, and spatial reasoning.
Disclaimer: I was asked to do a review if given a free copy of the game. I was not required to write a positive review and I told them not to expect one. Fortunately, it is positive. ----- So I played 40 minutes of this (only need less than an hour to get the concept and the mechanics that comes up as you progress for this game) and cleared 30 levels (some took a few retries to complete or go for 3 stars 'cause OCD). It's a cute puzzle game with cute square cows, hedgehogs, rabbits, fish, etc. and a cute way to squish weeds that look like Venus Fly Traps. Fun for kids and puzzle lovers alike. Some of the levels may be a breeze, however some require thought and planning to get that 3 star. There's not much else to say to be honest. There was one level, 16, where the perfect move counter needs to be higher. I cleared it in 17 moves left (which should be the maximum unless you can clear it with 18 moves left), yet the perfect counter is set to 5. I did point that out to the dev and hopefully they'll adjust that. ----- Check out more games I see that deserve more attention from my curator group: BluePaw's Underrated Games List Join and/or follow if you wish.
Played on Steam Deck. The first 50 levels are ok for some offline gaming, but when the puzzles get a bit longer the lack of an undo button combined with the hard limit to the move counter really becomes tiresome. I like the creative mechanic of planning your dice faces accordingly where a move left or right will decide the proper positioning of the faces so planning ahead is crucial, but when the puzzles are long or involve teleporters it is impossible to actually strategize and without an undo it is trial and reset with each error that might have been made unknowingly at the start of the stage. Would be a good time with an undo or without the punishing move limit forcing a reset just for attemting the stage.
Received Free from Rezzed 3 Game Mystery Pack. Colourful little game, very simple and challenging. This would probably look less out of place on a tablet or smartphone platform but it worked well on my PC with a keyboard and mouse. However I had to configure the controller settings from scratch but after that it worked well.
Really enjoyed this game, the puzzle are tuff (but not too fustrating) and very addictive. A really good game for all the family! Highly recmmend it.
Very fun game!
Something trivial as rolling a cube becomes challening and fun in this simple game. The first few levels are easy and serve the purpose of teaching the basic rules, but as soon as you reach level ~35 there is no way to move without planing. Buy if you enjoy puzzles and cute levels/soundtrack.
A nice little puzzle game that get's your brain cells sizzling with increasingly challenging puzzle scenarios. Well worth the download, if you like a game where you can sit back, relax, and think. Pros - Challenging puzzles - Controls are simple and easy - Cute visuals - Music compliments the gameplay and doesn't get annoying Cons - Would be nice to be able to scroll through the world map to revisit previous levels
