Bought this after playing the chrome extension for years. I thought this would be just as fun. Instead, I spent FIFTEEN DOLLARS for a janky Terraria (only $5 btw). I enjoyed that it was hard, but it was to a point where I couldn't even reach the lush, and the controls are off compared to the extension version.

outdated but enjoyable
This game is one of the most difficult platformers ever, and it will most likely remain up there for a very long time. the roguelike elements of permadeath make this game somehow more replayable. The design is very punishing to the slightest slip ups and I think that this game truly teaches you that every little choice matters. be cautious but somehow also adventurous, and above all don't be mad when you die. you WILL die. been playing this game since the xbox 360 live arcade days. Gameplay 9.5/10 Story (not clearly laid out, but its obvious there is lore) 10/10 because not many games delve into things like the ancient Aztec empire and similar things, also includes Egyptian stuff but thats more common. Replayability 9.5/10 always leaves you wanting more Difficulty 11/10
Very good value game, lots of fun, I'm looking forward to playing it more
