About
Fight as a God
Choose your God from across mythology and wield unique godly abilities. Hurl bolts of lightning as Zeus, master the arcane powers of death as Anubis, or backstab your foes as Loki.
The Third-Person Action MOBA
No other game offers combat that feels like your favorite hero shooter, crossed with the deep strategy you can only find in a 5v5 MOBA. Feel the impact of every shot, sneak up on enemies, and combo abilities with teammates to take down the enemy Titan in Conquest mode, or defeat waves of minions and enemy Gods to secure victory in Arena mode.
Play Anywhere, With Anyone
SMITE 2 features full cross-play and cross-progression, so you can play with friends regardless of platform and take your unlocks with you.
SMITE, Reforged
More than 40 million players have enjoyed SMITE. Now the next generation of action MOBA begins, with immersive visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5, more impactful combat, and new creative gameplay options like playstyle-redefining Aspects to shape the game in your own way.
Minutes to Learn, a Lifetime to Master
SMITE 2 is the easiest MOBA to start playing, with features like auto-build and auto-level so you focus on fighting. But the full depth of MOBA gameplay awaits, letting you find your own path to victory across item building, map control, tactical brilliance, or simply outplaying your foes. Compete in a variety of game modes with the right complexity for your mood: The deathmatch-like 5v5 Arena mode, 3v3 single-lane Joust, 5v5 random character Assault, the classic 5v5 three-lane Conquest, and Ranked Conquest, where you’ll climb the leaderboards and become a true god in the SMITE 2 community.
Great Rewards Await
If you played SMITE, your Divine Legacy is waiting for you in SMITE 2. You’ll have access to amazing cross-gen skins, badges and Legacy Gems after you link your SMITE account.

After thousands of hours in Smite 1, I finally gave up and uninstalled Smite 2. There was nothing wrong with Smite 1 that justified turning the game into this. The balance is an absolute disaster. Mages can build HP and defense, become nearly impossible to kill, and still delete people with ridiculous damage. Where are the trade-offs? You shouldn't be able to build like a tank and hit like a glass cannon. The match that made me quit says everything. Three players on the enemy team left, and somehow Zeus turned into a literal raid boss. He was killing people with three basic attacks while being almost impossible to deal with. If that's the solution to players disconnecting, it's one of the worst balancing decisions I've seen. This doesn't feel like a competitive MOBA anymore—it feels like whoever abuses the latest broken mechanic wins. I wanted Smite 2 to succeed, but after spending so much time with Smite 1, this sequel feels like a downgrade in almost every way. Uninstalled.

People in the Steam reviews are some of the biggest crybabies I've ever seen. The devs are porting over all the gods from SMITE 1 to SMITE 2, at a rate of roughly one new god every two weeks. They're also bringing back SMITE 1 / Classic skins, which you can then get for FREE with Legacy Gems. And somehow people are still review-bombing the game because... bugs. In a beta live-service game. Yes, there are bugs. No ♥♥♥♥. The devs are actively working on fixing them. The game gets a major update every two weeks, with hotfixes whenever necessary. But the biggest meltdown is apparently over skins. No ♥♥♥♥, Sherlock: buying a skin in one game does not magically mean you own it in its successor. Imagine demanding that your CoD skins automatically transfer to the next Call of Duty. That's not how this works. And yet, something like 40% of the negative reviews seem to be complaining about exactly that. Honestly, the devs are being ridiculously generous by giving players as much free legacy content as they are. Then there's the second big reason for the review bombing: bugs. Again, we're talking about a live-service beta that gets a huge update every two weeks. The devs are working their asses off, sometimes overnight on patch days, to get hotfixes out as quickly as possible. And somehow people still interpret a bug existing for five minutes as proof that the devs don't care. Criticize the game if you want. There are absolutely legitimate things to criticize. But review-bombing a beta because a bug exists or because your SMITE 1 skins aren't magically carried over is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous.
It's infuriating that the game now forces new players to play against bots until reaching lvl 5. I want to get more of my friends to play but they don't want to play against bots, especially since they played smite 1 and are more than capable of playing against higher level players.
Game sucks I wanna play ninja turtle Xing Tian but Hirez told me I gotta buy it again for 200 dollars when it comes out in 3 years from now alongside all the other gods I liked playing and all my skins are now 200 dollars and I got nothing but a headache and my dog left me
Game is currently pay to win, if you have all gods you will play with the event ones (new god) that is immortal. When the event is over they nerf the gods so you feel like you have to always play with the new god that you have to pay crystals or have the bundle. Current God Xing Tian at level 2 can stay in tower , harras you and has no issue with taking any form of damage. Please note that I played Smite 1 a lot and I also did buy the bundle to get all gods .
I agree with many of the negative comments
I have a lot of hours on smite 1, a lot. I have tried to enjoy this miserable piece of ♥♥♥♥ excuse of a successor but it is with out a doubt one of the most disgusting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ un-fun games I have ever played. ♥♥♥♥ you Hi-Rez you guys genuinely suck. I'm playing a tank ill go tanky and do a million damage, I'm playing an assassin ill go tanky and do a million damage im a mage/adc/ any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roll in this piece of ♥♥♥♥ and ILL GO TANKY AND DO A MILLION DAMAGE. And ♥♥♥♥ you morons for not putting in ranked joust not everyone wants to sit through a snooze fest 50 minute conquest game to play a competitive game mode. I understand your numbers are low and you want all the sub humans to congregate to one area but give us an option for a competitive experience not just a 50 minute timer where one jackass does a mistake that losses you a whole game. Also ♥♥♥♥ you Hi-Rez Chris I messaged you on Xbox in 2016 about adding a Thanatoast skin and then you did give me my royalties you ♥♥♥♥♥
Dont give these guys a single cent. They scammed their entire playerbase by launching Smite 2 by making us have to rebuy any skins(and the god pack)that MIGHT have made it into smite 2. Such a rip off and quite honestly shouldn't be marketable on steam by any means. I ask that anyone who played smite 1 to report smite 2 to steam for scamming as i will be doing so after i write this.
It is absolutley mind boggling and borderline criminal how they managed to make a product so drastically inferior to the first game, while simultaneously killing the original. Everything that made Smite 1 great and unique is gone. Not even half the gods have been ported over yet (this pos has been out for 3 years already at time of review) not to mention the straight up theft of all those skins. However dont get it twisted this negative review is not out of spite for the horrendous money grabbiness of this product to all the loyal smite 1 players (i myself have over 5000hrs in that game i played since before it was on steam) SMITE 2 is actually inferior in gameplay, its incredibly buggy and on top of this you would think it would have dramatically outshine the first game graphically at least... it does not. Some of the models actually are inferior in quality to the old models. It truly is incomprehensible.
It's bad i just want smite 1 in it's prime back not this trash.
